Frances Oribhabor at Persimmon’s Customer Care Department for their Grange Paddocks site has been enormously helpful in responding to all my snagging queries. Frances is polite, professional, responds swiftly and is efficient in ensuring that all Customer Care queries directed to her are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily. She is a real asset to the company and I thank her for all her help.
Saskia is incredible. She gave us so much time and worked hard to work through all my worries, some of which were frankly ridiculous but felt important at the time. She goes way above and beyond. The site team led my Sean are very pleasant and Sean again was so very patient with us.
The whole process of buying my new house has been made so much easier by Lucy at The Avenue, Saltram Meadows. From the first viewing to the rest of the purchase process it has been a pleasure. There hasn’t been any pressure or pushy selling, just relaxed reassurance and a good quality house.
I had an issue with my door frame at the Charles Church Broadway site, and I’d like to thank Simon Webb for fixing it. He did an excellent job and had it sorted within an hour. Definitely the most helpful person I’ve dealt with!
We had a couple of issues in our bathrooms including a leak and some tiles / sealant requiring fixing. Chris sorted everything out. He was very professional, timely and friendly. He explained what needed to be done and worked at a very high standard.
Bad communication from site, I hate to think how much they wouldn’t have cared about our issues if we hadn’t paid for a professional snagger. The house types are lovely, much better layouts than others but lots of issues which are still on going 6 months later. I would say if you’re a female in your 20s they’ll take you less seriously as they think you don’t know what you’re talking about so stand your ground and don’t stop hassling them until they do their job!
