Great experience for our first new build and our forever home. St Michaels Way, Sunderland Beginning with Daniel our sales rep to Michael the construction director to Steve customer liaison. All have gone out of their way to sort any snags which is part and parcel of a new property. We feel in safe hands and would definitely recommend this company. The standard of workmanship and dedication from all these guys is above and beyond.
We recently visited the Kingswood site. Mel was one of the nicest and most helpful sales advisors we have dealt with. She was patient and answered all our questions, was very hospitable and welcoming. We had such a lovely experience and would highly recommend the Kingswood site to anyone looking to buy.
Early to talk about the whole process, but the initial contact has been good. We have appreciated the friendliness but mostly, we have felt respected throughout the process of Part exchange and reservation. As this is not the first new build I buy, I can compare this builder’s approach to others and I can say that it feels more respectful rather than aggressive.
I expect most people buying a new build home have read horror stories online about shoddy build quality or poor customer service. It was certainly something I was concerned about as a first-time buyer, but the Charles Church team in Stafford have gone above and beyond in making my house purchase pain and stress-free.I was unsure on which house type to purchase initially, and Tom and Mille from the sales office talked me through the options available without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. I had so many questions throughout about the house and the purchase process. They answered them thoroughly and honestly, and if they didn't know the answer to something they would come back to me quickly by phone or email.I can honestly say I am impressed with the build quality of the house. There were a couple of small problems with the property but any issues were dealt with really quickly and without fuss. The on-site team and remote customer care team have been brilliant.Sean R (one of the site agents at Horton's Keep) has been outstanding. He has personally visited more than once just to check everything is OK and maintains contact with me via WhatsApp. He's gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to get things sorted out for me - Charles Church are lucky to have him as a member of staff on their team!If you're nervous about buying a new build home, choose a home from Charles Church. If you have anything like the experience I've had, you won't regret it!
Really nice sales team and build staff.It takes a while for it to be ready, but the end product is worth it. Plenty of snagging required but this is being worked through without delay. No petty arguments, just a real feeling of making the customer happy.Definitely so far so good.

I’ve recently bought a new home from Charles Church in Exning and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. They showed us 4-5 different properties without any hassle or pressure, which really helped us make the right choice.Once we agreed on the home we wanted, we were constantly kept up to date with the site progress and any changes happening. I recently had Marrius from Charles Church come over to repaint my skirting boards and bathroom wall, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
