Excellent customer service. Everyone from the sales department was very helpful. They kept us well informed and updated on each step and they keep looking after us even after completion. Communication was easy, there were loads of leaflets and information we were provided with and they even left a welcome gift for us!

Charles Church Wessex Customer Care arranged for an engineer by the name of Harvey Grant to attend our property to fix damage to one of our kitchen storage units.Without fear of contradiction Harvey turned up as scheduled and on time, having confirmed the previous evening he would be with us. This filled us with initial confidence.Further confidence (indeed satisfaction) was achieved by the care, attention and finally quality of the workmanship of the repair which Harvey completed - totally excellent - to the point you would not be aware a repair had taken place - indeed the colour match is superb and the detailing of a very high standard.Throughout the repair, Harvey remained communicative, explaining his actions.This was an excellent outcome completed by an experienced competent and careful operative. The salesperson at Cathedral View Charles Church on Saturday November 15th was so lovely. Even though I told her I was actually interested in Germany Beck and was just wanting to look at the show house as theirs was closed, she went out of her way to also show us another house that was closer in style to the one we wanted at Fulford. Excellent service and so friendly.
