We’ve been really impressed with Stu the site manager and the way he has approached his role. His attitude feels genuinely caring, and it’s clear he takes pride- not just in the development itself but in the people who live on the estate. Stu is approachable, attentive, and always willing to listen, which makes a real difference as a resident.Any minor snags we’ve raised have been dealt with efficiently and professionally, and most were resolved before Christmas, which we really appreciated. The communication throughout has been clear and reassuring, and it’s obvious the team wants to get things right. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience and a credit to Stu and his team including Jamie and Ricky who also were happy to help for a short time while Stu was on leave. Lauren and Mia- the girls from the sales team were fantastic throughout the entire buying process and made everything feel extremely smooth from start to finish. They kept us updated at all times, explained each step clearly, and were always on hand to answer any questions we had.No problem ever felt too small, and they always made time for us, which really helped take the stress out of buying our home. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly approach made the experience genuinely enjoyable, and we’re very grateful for all their support.We would encourage anyone who is thinking of purchasing a home at Cricketers Green to go ahead, it’s the best decision we’ve made and we absolutely love our new home, it’s prefect for us and our little family. Our experience with Charles Church has been genuinely positive so far.Caroline was absolutely lovely to deal with from the beginning. She didn’t just focus on the sale — she showed real care and support throughout the whole process, which we really appreciated as buyers.Since moving in, Terry and Troy have been very responsive whenever we raised any small issues. Like with most new builds, a few minor snags did come up, but what impressed us was how quickly the team reacted and worked to put things right.
