Fantastic service at The Oaks development Wynyard. Site Manager and site team friendly and approachable. Customer service team friendly and well organised. Some snagging to be expected with a number of subcontractors on board, but everything dealt with efficiently as soon as logged with customer service team. Great service.
We recently moved into our new home at Charles Church The Lodge and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, well organised, and really well supported.A special thank you to Diane, our Sales Executive, who was incredibly helpful throughout. She kept us informed at every stage, was always approachable, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and exciting.We’d also like to thank the Site Manager and the wider team at Charles Church The Lodge, Sketchley Park for the hard work that has gone into delivering our new home. It’s clear a lot of care and effort has gone into the build, and we are really proud to now call it home.Overall, a really positive experience and we’re very grateful to the whole team involved.
Danny at Rose Manor, Hadleigh has looked after us amazingly! Been in our home since December and have no complaints, our snag list was completed within 2 weeks and Danny has always worked with us to make sure that we were happy with the work being completed. Communication from Danny has been great, friendly and welcoming, very attentive and responsive, nothing has been too much and we couldn’t have asked for anymore! Definitely made our experience with buying a new build positive, would recommended buying a home with Charles Church to anyone.
Chris was super professional and would not leave the job without ensuring we had a follow up appointment made (due to the filler not drying and it needing painting too) - as well as being highly capable, he was tidy, polite and friendly which is what makes dealing with problems easier to handle from a homeowner’s perspective.
Since visiting the development and meeting the salesperson (Tom) we have been very impressed. We reserved the house (Studland) because of its style and quality of finish. Tom has been brilliant in keeping us informed of progress and generally very helpful. Absolutely brilliant to date.
