Our experience with Charles Church at Templegate, Burgess Hill has been nothing short of fantastic.From the very beginning, our initial interaction with Kerry was amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and approachable, truly no question was ever too much trouble. Kerry was always prompt, responsive, and consistently followed up on everything she said she would, which sadly feels quite rare in customer service these days. She was a genuine breath of fresh air and made the early stages of the process feel smooth, reassuring, and enjoyable.We then had our reservations meeting with Ellie, and she was equally impressive. Ellie is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly go through all the house drawings and relevant documentation with us, ensuring we fully understood every detail. No question felt rushed or dismissed, and her attention to detail was excellent. She also made us feel very welcome, kindly offering tea and coffee, which added to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.Overall, we’ve had a wonderful experience with the team at Charles Church Templegate. Both Kerry and Ellie have been a real credit to the company, and we’re so excited to move forward and start choosing the options for our dream home. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to this journey.
House is excellent, the design and finishing. Judith at the Marketing office is very good. We are also very impressed with the after sale follow ups by friendly Jack with our house. He gave us explanations on the house system, tend to our snag lists and get things fixed.
We have just made a reservation with Melissa! I can’t tell how helpful, patient and kind Melissa was. She’s brilliant and she tried so hard to ensure all are queries are addressed and we’re happy with what we get. She helped us to get what we were looking to have in our new home. All our requests have been kindly accommodated by Melissa. Charles Church is so lucky to have Melissa. She’s has been working on site on Christmas and New Year where most places are closed. I can’t thank Melissa enough and I wish her lots of sales in the new year!
Melisa, the sales representative for Charles Church at Glan y Coed, was incredibly helpful when I purchased my first CC home. She is approachable and professional, and she continues to offer her support even after I’ve moved in. Melisa is very knowledgeable and is always on hand to answer any questions.

We’ve recently completed on our new Charles Church home and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish.A huge part of that was down to Caroline, the Sales Manager, who was exceptional throughout. She was always approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, making the process feel far less stressful than a typical house purchase. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.The part exchange process was a real highlight — it made what could have been a very complicated and stressful move incredibly simple and straightforward. Everything was clearly explained and handled efficiently, which removed a lot of the uncertainty you usually get when selling and buying at the same time.The licence to occupy was a genuine lifesaver when it came to timing our move and took away a huge amount of pressure. That flexibility made a massive difference to us.In terms of the home itself, the quality of the property is very high and exactly what we were hoping for. On top of that, Charles Church were extremely supportive financially, helping substantially with the deposit and including lots of valuable free upgrades, which really added to the overall value of the purchase.Overall, we couldn’t be happier with both the service and the end result. We would happily recommend Charles Church to anyone considering a new‑build home — especially if you’re offered the part exchange route.
It's fair to say that my wife and I have had a wonderful experience with Alexia and Courtney. Customer service has been first class with information instantly to hand. They always have time to talk things over, plenty of space and no pressure. Most refreshing and certainly not standard among housing developments.
