In the process of buying a house . The sales executive Aimee Knight at Lincoln has patiently been meeting us and taking us around . Multiple visits . We have booked the house . Very transparent. All questions were explained in detail to our full satisfaction. Everything is on black and white . Lovely experience so far .
We love our Charles Church home. It’s a perfect design for us and it’s well built. There have been some snagging issues but they are always dealt with promptly. There is good communication with the after sales staff and workmen are usually courteous and helpful. In particular, and most recently Danny who always goes the extra mile, is very thorough, careful and does a very good job.
Simon Webb attended my property on the de vere grove development and was very thorough in completing the tasks required even offering advice and assistance on other tasks that I enquired about. He was also very patient when I was late back on the school run .Very happy with his service.
