Alex was brilliant from start to finish. He painted the bathroom to a very professional standard and the finish looks excellent. He worked cleanly and kept everything tidy throughout, with no paint anywhere it shouldn’t be. Really pleased with the result and would happily recommend him.
We had Alan Foreman out to our property in Ridge Walk. (Plot 38). Alan was extremely helpful and put up some shelves, mirrors and coat hooks. He was very professional and had all the correct fixings with him to install the various items correctly. We were very pleased with his work and he is coming back to finish some other small jobs in due course. A highly recommended tradesman who I would endorse to anyone.
Moving into our new Charles Church home at St Michael's Way Ryhope was not a great experience, much of the items flagged on the house as issues well before moving in were not fixed, despite the sales team and Interim site manager advising they would be. It felt very much as if once we had paid our deposit and exchanged contracts, any questions or concerns we may have had about the moving process or our soon to be new home were or far less importance.However, since Chris has come onboard as the Site manager we have finally started to see progress with many defects being addressed promptly and professionally, there is still a long list of snagging items to be sorted, but with Chris now in place we are confident all will be sorted. Chris is friendly, prossefional and diligent in role and a true asset to the business. Had it not been for Chris Alexander's sizeable impact (and some of the supporting tradesman now in place), our rating of Charles Church would of been far lower.

My thoughts regarding the overall experience of purchasing and moving into my new property. Initially, I was quite disappointed with the level of communication from both the sales team and head office. The excitement of the purchase was somewhat dampened when we were given multiple moving-in dates that didn't materialize. It felt as though we were the only ones actively seeking updates and information during this period.Upon finally moving in, we were greeted by the assistant site manager, who was quite good. However, I noticed that some snagging issues were not being addressed as promptly as I would have liked. Fortunately, there was no need for me to escalate my concerns, because Chris Alexander was brought in on-site, and I must say, he has been a game-changer!Chris is a tremendous asset to your company! His communication skills are second to none, and I never have to chase after him for updates—he proactively reaches out to me. He ensures that any issues I have are addressed very quickly. Massive credit to your company for having someone like Chris on the team.
The agent at the Charles Church site is very welcoming, I noticed this at my very first visit, I’ve been there numerous times and she’s always the same, she’s very knowledgeable about the product, on a visit which my son attended his comment after was that she’s on her game.
