He was patient answering my questuions and gave very clear and helpful replies.I am delighted with the stove I have chosen: an Island II in blue (a very subtle dark blue which is a little softer than black).Thank you.
We love our new cosy stove Aire 3 with Firestore. It takes the big logs, albeit one at a time, and gives off a huge heat for its size. Only complaint is that no one told us to register the stove within 2 weeks of instalment and we fear this will affect our guarantee.
