Super bad experiance ! I waited almost 2 months for the package. They send wrong item, and they do not want to pay me my refund and also not for shipping the wrong product back ! The quality is bad , the customwe servic is bad and it is just a scam !
A) Close are the same 'cheap' quality that other sites sell (no problem, that was expected) but I found more expensive and sizing was interesting (very short but way too wide)B) no confirmation was generated and it was a hassle to get from the that informationC) Returns are ridiculous. 1st you have to pay. 2nd- they first try to get you do do a credit. 3- returns are handled through a 3rd party and you are expected to give them tracking info after you ship it. 4- you have to physically go to a post office to get tracking inf.Let's see if I ever get my refund.The process is probably intentional to deter returns. Shein, Temu, etc are much better if you want this kind of stuff -without the hassle.
Absolutely disgusting!! I ordered 2 dresses over 4 weeks ago 1 arrived looking nothing like it did online still waiting on my other item that they keep telling me has been shipped when it hasn't. I told them I want a refund they said they can only refund me £14 when the dress cost over £40 Absolutely disgusting do not order from here!!! SCAM!!! I'm so so mad!!
i waited around 3 weeks for the dress i ordered. the sizing is completely off, it’s meant to be XS but it’s HUGE on me. the material is quite cheap and the flowers on the dress are stuck on and already fell off within 5 minutes of me trying the dress on. definitely don’t recommend purchasing from here i should’ve trusted the reviews.
DO NOT SHOP HEREDisgusting customer service! Ordered two dresses on 10th April and they still have not arrived. I bought them for a wedding I'm attending and I've now had to buy a new dress for the occasion. I requested a refund on the items because of this to be told I have to wait for them to arrive, they even suggested I might like to keep them for another occasion!!! The cheek of it! However if I didn't like them I could return them at my expense and claim a refund! Utterly disgusting and will be reporting to trading standards !!!
I bought a dress costing nearly £50 with postage and packaging. This dress was for a wedding in two week and the quality of it is not as advertised, neither was the colour. I don’t have the time or funds to replace it as a new mum my money is limited. I am so disappointed with Cherley. I really thought that I could look beautiful for this event as I rarely ever get to these types of events anymore. I want a full refund. I am really disappointed that my dress was falsely advertised and even had a mark on it.
I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago still not received it.I emailed support and they keep saying in transit.Delivery times are awful and based on the reviews well they speak for them selves.I order online all the time with other retailers and orders are sent max 10 days.I will not order from this trailer again.They are a nightmare,I needed the dress for an occasion I have had to buy another dress for the occasion.Don't buy from this website.
