I would rate this zero if I could. I paid £8 shipping for this dress for it to never show up. The company are claiming they cannot issue a refund as it’s in transit. Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous?! I’ve had to pay £8 for a dress I ordered 2 weeks and 6 days ago to not be here. Then they want me to pay to return it if it does turn up so I’ll be out of pocket. Awful customer service. They don’t care.
Dont ever buy from them. Clothes are cheap looking,materials horrible,bad design,nothing like on the website. Customer service trying to push you to keep it,even when they gave you the labels,they went to so many steps to get your return back, such as pain in the ass.
The packaging was superb! The dress arrived in a sturdy and stylish box, ensuring no damage in transit. Unpacking was a delight, with neat folds preserving the integrity of the item. All-in-all, a great experience, that displayed exceptional attention to detail. Totally impressed.
Omg where do i start I ordered 4 dresses for my brothers wedding 1 was damaged with holes in 1 the zip was broken 1 really bad quality The last dress came today waiting 6 weeks Absolutely disgusting nothing like the dress i ordered NOT HAPPY !!!!!!!!! Please dont order from this company they are a joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is outright fraud! They pass off substandard goods as quality products, using poor-quality counterfeits to scam customers! I even received an item that came with another brand's label and packaging!The customer service (the Support Team) is also terrible! Don't waste your time and money!PS: I have already provided the Cherley Complaint Team with my order number, name, and email. And they have provided some additional after-sales support. However, I still maintain the same review content as above. I have all the evidence of the received items.I appreciate the work and timely feedback of the Complaint Team.
I recently ordered two dresses from Cherley. I received a different dress than the one I had ordered. I have emailed Cherley twice regarding this mix up and haven’t gotten any reply or refund. I would be careful ordering from a company that won’t rectify a mistake made by their employees. Disappointed! 😔
I bought three dresses from cherley and they arrived after 2 months looking nothing like the picture!!! I really wish I read reviews before buying! What they are doing should be illegal because it’s false advertising! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
