dont buy from them

It is not UKs company ( i was buying from Cherely UK), you have to send to return back to United States for the cost of £28.93.I have ordered three items on 14th Feb, received first on 23rd March ( it was a counterfeit of some brand as i discovered later/ very cheaply made/ cut disproportionally/bad material) so cancelled the other two items (showing on website as not shipped)but they still posted one and i had to pay return charges.Took them three weeks to refund the items( after having paypal involved) refused to refund the postal charges, offering me a voucher for future orders instead-no , thank you

I have not received a confirmation…

I have not received a confirmation order email or tracking number. Yet my bank account has been charged for the dress and I am scared this was a scam. I have sent multiple emails about the status of my dress with zero responses. I ordered on March 21st. If I do not receive a confirmation email or a response to my problems within the next week I am going to apply for a refund. - Order # CH00340883. I don't know if my item is a preorder, but I need a time when it will specifically be shipped or I will consider canceling my order.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

After doing some research of my own and seeing all the negative and poor reviews this website has. I have panicked and come to find out all the reviews are RIGHT! I have reached out multiple times to different emails and have no received a response. I have this order for an upcoming event and need to know if this will arrive on time. they have terrible customer service. Below is the email I have sent over 5 times. “I hope this email find the you well.I am reaching out in regards to my order :(Order No. CH00331131) this has not been shipped nor have I received a tracking number. This order was placed March 6 and it has been almost 2 weeks now. This is my first time ordering from this website and would like to continue to do so but I do need an update on this order. This is for a planned and booked vacation so please keep in mind that i am counting on the package arriving on time. I would like an update on Order No. CH00331131. Thank you, “

False promises again

This is ridiculous! On March 4, we had a discussion in which Cherley promised that my order will be shipped that week and yet it still says awaiting shipment. I just want my money back. This has been the worst experience ever.#CH00322050

My order was placed on Feb 29th, it is not here yet and hasn’t been shipped, I need it ASAP I understand that you needed 10 days max to prepare it, that would’ve been March 10th and then an extra 7 days to deliver, but it is not even shipped I need it for an event!!!I don’t have the tracking numberOrder No. CH00327086If it doesn't arrive this week, I am asking PayPal for my money back.

Hello,I ordered your Sleeveless Corset Ruched Bodycon Fishtail Hem Asymmetric Lace Maxi Dress in the color black in medium size on February 13th, 2024. Order Number is CH00319257. On your website, my order has been "Shipped out ASAP" for the past month it still has not arrived. I have written multiple emails and gotten no response. I reached out on Instagram and received no response there. I think I am going to file a complaint with my bank if I do not receive any information in the coming days.

I ordered a dress for my granddaughter…

I ordered a dress for my granddaughter on 03/17/24 order ID CHOO338235 the next morning I found out my daughter ordered the same dress on 02/29/24 and didn't hear anything from them about a ship date so I immediately wrote to cancel the dress I brought before it went thru the credit card, wrote them a couple times with no response from them very poor customer service. I will now contact the credit card and tell them I got scammed

Zero customer service communication

Ordered dress on March 11, 2024. The company states they will send "a successful payment confirmation e-mail" and "a product information confirmation e-mail" after order is placed, but I received neither. Company says item will ship "within 3-8 business days" and you will get shipping confirmation and tracking info...nothing as of yet. I emailed company support on March 25 (there is no phone #) and no response yet. Order # CH00333996. Not happy!!!
