The way I will recommend to everyone not to use this company… so March 10th I placed an order and contacted customer support that I never received a confirmation email. Three days later, no response, I emailed them AGAIN telling them now I just wanted to cancel my order. Five days after my initial email, I got a reply. They said in order to look up my order, they needed a confirmation number. Three days after giving them my details, they told me to dispute it with my credit card… . Finally after giving them my name, email address, mailing address and what I ordered, they found it. The order was already in transit by then. So I started the refund process. The item was received by them 2 weeks ago (confirmed by tracking). I paid $69.98 for the item that I had been trying to cancel since March 13th. NOW they are saying they’ll refund me $59.99… and it’ll be back on my account in 15-20 days. Absolutely ridiculous. A scam company with garbage quality clothing. $60 for a dress that has the same quality as a 2009 wet seal dress. Be so for real….
Simply horrible! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!Scam advertising, the dress that arrived looks far from the photo promoted on its page. The size is small,The size is small, the seams are mediocre and visible, the dress is completely transparent.I sent an email asking for a refund and they told me that I could get €20 when I paid €60!!! Or you can send back the product paying for the shipping to CHINA, and get back only the price of the dress. THIS IS ILLEGAL!
I have tried to contact you over one week now because I have not received my delivery. It is not even shipped yet. It was ordered on the 7th i’m still waiting to be shipped. I have tried to email, but I never got replies back.order number is (ch00331242)
This website is a scam. The clothing is cheap and not sized to the sizing chart on their website. Once I actually got a tracking number, I wasn't even told who the carrier was. They provide you with a tracking company that wants you to pay an additional fee. It took 2 weeks for the dress the arrive. The dress was ordered based on their sizing chart and my measurements. This dress does not only NOT fit at all, but also isn't as described, and the material is cheap. Do not waste your money, I've been seeing you can NOT do returns or exchanges as well.
I ordered a dress on March 2, I've emailed multiple times and they keep saying it'll ship soon- we've completely missed spring break in which it was bought for - and it still hasn't shipped. i've asked for a refund and none has been provided
Like all the other comments I ordered two dresses on 2/18 and the orders are still showing as awaiting shipment. At this point I won’t even get the two dresses in time for the event. I tried emailing but received no response. CH00321236 Was my order number
