Ordered in midst of first lockdown (April 2020) kept me up to date with progress which was tricky for the company always felt we were kept up with situation. Product arrrived Garden bbq and heater, worked perfectly and provided extra gifts due to delay excellent
We had excellent service from Chesneys after ordering a Garden Gourmet and their white glove delivery was superb. The Garden Gourmet itself is great fun and works beautifully- it throws out an incredible amount of heat and is great for barbecues and cooking. We love it. This was a great purchase and cheered us up considerably during the lockdowns.
I was disappointed that I needed to replace firebricks within two years.Also the door handle needed to be stripped down and reassembled due to it becoming too stiff.The stove is also going to need repainting after three winter's usage.
