There was a long delay in the delivery of our item due to Covid lockdown But Chesney's were very good at keeping us informed and compensating us for the delay by way of discount.

Great outdoor stove that really gives out the heat. The stove works really well and is very adjustable. There is virtually no smoke and it's very well made. I know it's expensive but you get what you pay for.

Had a problem with the firebrick at the…

Had a problem with the firebrick at the back disintegrating and I phoned to ask if it was an issue and they sent us out a new one straight away so 10/10 for customer service!!!We have loved using our Chesneys heater this year with spending so much time at home.!

Chesney’s gourmet has transformed our courtyard garden and has meant we have been able to enjoy the outdoors for much longer.Customer service was exemplary, particularly given such good service with the pandemic causing all sorts of issues for them. Could not recommend more.
