Review Time
Very expensive packaging yet the contents guide doesn't match what's in the box so there's no way of knowing what you're biting in to. With the extreme range of flavours that's really bad and shows a lack of professionalism behind the company. Also quite unimpressed by the flavours considering the cost of them. Can't please everyone with food but we really are not foodies with high expectations.Finally they also choose to use a review platform on their website which i personally do not trust.
Very nice chocs but unfortunately box is not letterbox friendly (eg Hotel Chocolat are) which is a problem, we had to go to sorting office to pick them up as working all day. Got a 3 month order so expecting same again next month. It would put me off ordering again.
The selection box is always good value and people love it. However this time the addressee was a friend at a rural address in Dorset, I asked for 17 October delivery - and received her email thank you yesterday (4/11) as the package had been put in her neighbour's postbox and he does not actually live there so only found it yesterday. Fortunately it was not for any special date and she loves the chocs.
Having shopped in store many times on holiday, I wanted to send a special treat to a good friend. I called the store as I wanted to make sure I was purchasing a product which was nut free. The assistant was so helpful and happy to answer all my questions. The gift I order arrived on time for my friend to enjoy. She was more than happy with her hamper full of delicious goodies. Thank you Chococo, I shall be happy to order online again.
