Refused to continue with my application. Refused to accept my evidence when signing up for a card. It's been 2 months now and no progress. They have refused 5 times to give me my £35 back. NEVER EVER use this disgusting horrible service. Will take your money and run.
I can't sign up for it at all. It keeps rejecting my image claiming that it's too small despite the file meeting the requirements of being a JPEG 640 x 480 image. Save your money and do not purchase this. EDITED: I did reach out to them, like they suggest to do in their response, efore posting this review. They don't respond, don't let them fool you into thinking they'll help.
The card is good itself, however they couldnt confirm my first reference. On their list it says doctors can verify. I asked my doctors and they couldn't. I eventually was able to verify my details with a funeral director. I asked for a refund in between because of how long the process was, and I was told I wouldn't get a full one. Took nearly 2 months to come through. I no longer needed it then.
