Issues with returns

I had three items to return. One was wrong, and the other two I didn’t want. It cost me £10.50 to return them. The parcel was stuck in customs for three months. I just got it back marked as unclaimed! I’ve sent many emails explaining this, but they won’t tell me why it was unclaimed and have only offered a 50% refund! Keep in mind one of the items they sent was the wrong one. I did keep some items I ordered, but the quality didn’t justify the price.

Misled about location

I thought this was a local business, so I am very disappointed. I ordered earrings but received something completely different—cheap and poor quality. I emailed them, but the issue hasn’t been resolved yet. Avoid this company.

Owl silver ring with opel

I purchased the silver owl ring in june and it has since broken so i am unable to wear it . I have contacted them and they have refused to replace it or give me a refund. There response was that i should have looked after it . All i done was wear it but it was obviously not fit for purpose.

This is my WORST shopping experience

This is my WORST shopping experience. I ordered 5 items. I thought I was supporting a US artist. The order shipped from China. 3 out of 5 items were wrong. I did not like the other 2 items and would have returned everything, BUT when I went to return, it needed to be shipped back to China, NOT CA, and the cost of shipping exceeded the purchase.

This is a scam

This is a scam. It is cheap plastic mass-produced jewellery. They accept returns but then leave the package in China customs awaiting their action. Claimed refund through my credit card.

I ordered a necklace my mother in law…

I ordered a necklace my mother in law wanted which looked beautiful on the website. Wish I had have read the reviews first and saved her being scammed and conned out of her money. They have set up an AI generated website to look like it’s a trusted company in the UK. This is in no way the case. This is scammers based in China, who will send you cheap rubbish instead of what is described and shown on the website. When you try to contact them to return, the email is undeliverable/ there is no customer service. Please do not be scammed by these con-artists and read the reviews before you get fleeced of your hard- earned money.

I did not realize that this was a scam until I purchased some jewelry and looked at the reviews. The jewelry came in enough time but is not handmade and is from China. One piece I ordered does not look like the picture.

Do not fall for the photo of sweet…

Do not fall for the photo of sweet looking lady. The items shipped from China. I made a purchase & returned most because they looked so cheap. Nothing like on their website. Followed their return instruction - China. I mailed USPS with tracking. That was in June. It’s almost end of Aug. and package ‘has not cleared custom’??! Come on!
