The Vintage Green Bead ring that I ordered wasn't even green. It has a black band that has a gap in it. I'm very disappointed and will not order anything else from Claire Jewelry. I also had to wait longer than expected for my shipment to come from China.
Junk jewelry. Looks like enamel on gold...it's plastic that will peel off. Gold finish wears off in a matter of days and cheap metal underneath turns your finger black. No customer service, and doesn't respond to email so 30-day money back guarantee is useless. No way to leave reviews on website where potential customers will see it.
I would give a zero star if I could.I did receive my order but it is not from the states.The bracelet isn’t so bad but the ring when you drop it on the counter it is so tinny.I dropped my real silver ring the same way and you can tell it is 925 silver.Just do your research. Brenda

I paid $31.15 and to make things easier for me they'll refund me $6.23. I wish I could post pics on here. Because the difference between the 2 rings, the one I paid for and the one I received is disgusting.
Cheap knock offs purporting to be handcrafted timeless pieces. If you are purchasing from Australia, to get a full refund you will have to return at your own cost with tracking to warehouse in China - guess how much that would cost. Otherwise you might only get a small percentage refund.
Goods faulty. Only response was offer of 10% discount. Email contact impossible. Must return item to China at ridiculous cost.Scam...I should have known better. Jewellery is cheap and bad quality. I ordered a layered silver necklace (which wasn't cheap), and it arrived in a tiny plastic bag all knotted together. Took over an hour to unravel it and when I did the chain was so small it didn't fit and was more like a child sized necklace! If, as their ad suggests, they take that much care in hand crafting the jewellery (lol!) Why send it in a small cheap plastic bag? 🤔
horrible - do not buy from them - 3 out of 4 items I bought all broke within a few weeks and although I was a tad over 30 days advising them, they refused to replace them. Do not buy from them and also to add salt in the wound, the customer service is horrible and pathetic!! Terrible company to deal with for sure. I would rate them a big fat zero.
The earring's did not match any of the pictures advertised. I wasted a lot of time communicating this - additional cost in sending back all earrings I received . I never received a refund, despite tracking parcel.
