Absolute con. My 70+ year old mother was fooled by the 'retiring' grey haired lady who was selling her wares, not knowing the 'Jennifer' is an AI generated and not real person. The products are cheap and flimsy, advertised as rose gold and displayed in proper jewellery boxes but arrived in a jiffy envelope inside mini plastic pouches - absolute shite. Who can afford to send plastic tat back to China? Well done on taking my mother's money. She won't be fooled again and I hope this prevents anyone else spending their hard earned wages/pension on this atrocious costume jewellery. AVOID!!!
Unfortunately I too fell for the scam. I spent quite a lot of money ordering what I thought was original unique pieces of quality handmade jewellery only to receive what I can only describe as poorly made plastic jewellery that you could receive in a lucky bag. I was totally duped. They stated that they have a 30 day return policy but I have sent them four emails and have not received a response. I think they are waiting for the time to expire to avoid giving me a refund. I am so disappointed because I thought this was reputable company.PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Well, I did get the emerald rings I ordered, but they were sooo infinitesimally small that I actually had to use my magnifier--not kidding--to see the actual detail clearly. The "gold" part of the ring was so fragile. It was really pretty and looked well-made but actually hard to see without magnification. Good thing I only wasted $40, but still, if I had known they would be so miniature, I would not have ordered at all & kinda too small to wear, And yes, I was fooled by the ad and did NOT know "Claire" was AI until I saw a posting!
I bought rings & bracelets but after few days colors of the ring band changed so I wanted to return the items so when I contacted them they told me to send back to China with tracking number which was cost me more than half of the items I purchased… I wouldn’t recommend this seller ever again… totally different from the pictures I saw on YouTube…I gave 1 star because there no -1 star.
Total Scam. Ordered an attractive looking gold ring with CZ's with "special going out of business discount", for only $40. Should have known better, but my bride wanted it. They sent a $2.00 aluminum "pop top quality" ring. When I said I wanted my money back, they said "send us an image". I sent image, with request "where do I send". Received an email saying I had to scan a return authorization form to first send to China via regular mail, and then after they have received it I will be notified about returning the $2 pop top ring to China, and then they will give me back my money.
I was so disappointed when I saw reviews after I had already placed my order. My order dispatched from China and not a retiring jeweler in the U. S. I didn't have hope of getting my order and was also worried about owing tariffs. I did receive my order today. It came from NJ, so it must get repackaged once it arrives from China. I did not owe tariffs. The earrings are fine for the sale price of $21.95, the necklace definitely doesn't look anything like the photo, definitely a cheap piece. Lesson learned, always check reviews before you order from a company you have never heard of.
