Is this a Scam Company? I ordered earrings and necklace. Nothing has arrived and I have been informed that the item was tracked and delivered. When I contacted Customer Services they have advised that as the item is showing as having been delivered there is nothing they can do and to contact Royal Mail. The tracking number they provided does not exist and they are refusing to refund me. My advice is to avoid this company.
This site is dishonest. I ordered two rings from them thinking that they would be handmade in America. They shipped from China - They are cheap and very cheap looking. Not Handmade at all! Don't be fooled like i was. Don't order anything from them.
**Please beware - This is an absolute scam per other reviews here - 100% junk jewellery that I would not spend $10 on but spent $100. I wouldn't even give it to anyone - it went in the rubbish. Embarrassed I got scammed with this and wanted to let others know...please don't waste your money on this...**
Clare jewellery website is misleading and innacurate. It implies that the jewellery is made in uk and doesn’t say say that the goods are made in mainland China. Returns are not free as payment is needed to return goods to mainland China. There is no uk address therefore expensive to return. The description of the jewellery is inaccurate and what is shipped is poor quality synthetic copies. Do not purchase from this website
I almost fell in this you tube ad, I chose some jewelrys and put in my bag. Bug I noticed a video so perfect, the retired woman so nice and Beautiful... it was so weird! I started search about the store, and don`t exist physical store, just online... nobody sold jewelrys just online, especially old people, most of them are not good in computers. Also I checked the reviews and bimbaaa, so many complainings!!! People be careful! Now with IA (new tecnology), we will see fake add, many scam imiting people and good enviromnents.

I love the bracelet and earrings I purchased from Claire. However what concerns me is that Claire states her jewelry pieces are her own design and yet Cheryl Duncan’s pieces are identical. So I purchased what I thought were pieces that were unique as opposed to being massed produced. What’s the story?
