I was expecting well made jewellery and when I opened my parcel, the 3 items were in a cheap and nasty plastic covering like you get at a $1 store. The jewellery was clearly not handmade. The stone on the ring, was not put on properly and I can see a hole.at the edge. Very dissapointed and feel ripped off!
These hoops became my lazy morning rescue. When I don’t know what to wear, I throw them on and suddenly I look pulled together. They don’t pinch, even after hours, and they still gleam like the day they arrived. That’s what I call low-effort magic.
the commercial is cheating, the store is not in US and it's in China, the Jewelry is not hand-carfted, it's crapy toy and worthless, i bought two peices and took almost a month to deliver, i was pissed off by the quality and ask for return, they don't want me to return and offer me 10% credit in future shopping, i insisted to return as the crap is completely garbage, they told me they has spend postage and deliver the stuff, if i return, i need to pay for the shipping, and the process is complicated, bluhbluhbluh, all in all, they don't want you to return, they raised their offer by 5% for a few time till 40% refund, i was so frustrated and didn't want the hussle of return, then i accepted their offer, i knew even though i only spent 60% they still make money and that's their strategy! please don't fall in their trap!
This company is very dishonest and what I received were 2 rings of poor quality. One piece was junk - I ordered a size 7 and it arrived as an adjustable ring, like out of a bubble gum machine, and the smallest it would adjust to is a size 8 or larger.The return policy on the website states: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. By the time I do that with insurance and paying for a return receipt, it will cost more than the two rings.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will be disputing this purchase through my credit card company.
I saw Advertisement for Claire Handcrafted Jewelley on YouTube. I went on the site and chose 5 Jewellery items which were described as 925 Sterling Silver and paid with paypal.Order took 14 days to arrive. I had no idea items were being shipped from China.5 jewellery items arrived via courier.None of the 5 items were 925 Sterling Silver just cheap metal cheap costume jewellery.I reported this matter to paypal and opened a dispute between myself and sellerPaypal advised me to return jewellery item to seller which is in china. I returned all 5 item via Royal Mail with Tracking. Return parcel reached a certain destination in china since 08/0825 and Customs have the returns package up to date. I called Royal Mail who checked the tracking and was advised that the returns package is with Customs Border Force and when they have finished their investigation Customs will release package to the address on envelope.Now paypal are saying that they have closed my paypal dispute in favor of the seller because I did not give returns information, which I did the very same day I posted the return package and I have to pay.I had to get intouch with RESOLVER for help.
Lesson learned -- read the reviews before ordering! I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful silver ring with "golden threads" across the top. The silver is wearing to a brilliant copper, and the gold threads have disappeared.This is Chinese JUNK!I complained via email and was told to send pictures, order number, etc. A follow-up email was undeliverable.Do not purchase from these scammers. Don't believe Claire is retiring. She doesn't exist!
