My cheaply-crafted necklace arrived broken. There was no available customer service that I could find. Now have to find some kind of glue to put the necklace back together.What a scam! These are not handmade pieces at all! I wondered how one woman could make so many pieces that she could sell to the public. It’s because she doesn’t exist. It’s all manufactured junk. Lesson learned! An AI scam.
Buyer beware!I ordered a necklace in May and never received it. I was told that once it shipped, there was nothing they could do. When I checked tracking, it seemed to be stuck at customs having come from China! The jewelry is NOT hand made by anyone here in the States or anywhere else. This is a total scam and I'm out $35 because I wasn't more cautious. They will not refund your money. The glowing reviews that say the jewelry is well-crafted and high quality are absolute lies, written I'm sure by the company scammers. My daughter found the same necklace on Temu for $4. I'm livid.
POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEThe wrong item was sent to me twice. The first time they sent me the wrong ring they offered me the option of a 10% refund and I accepted it. I then ordered the ring I wanted again immediately and received the same wrong item AGAIN. I immediately contacted customer service. Even though it is their error I would have to make the substantial effort to do an international return at my own expense for a full refund. The best they offered me is a 20% refund. In addition, the vintage gold-tone jewelry is copper and gets the green patina very quickly. This also results in turning your finger green.
When the ring ordered finally arrived it differed from the one shown on the website. Very disappointed. The ring shown on the website looked hand made. The one that arrived looked more mass produced. Am now in the process of trying to return the item but fear it will cost more in postage to return than the item itself. There is the impression the workshop was situated in the USA, but when the item was shipped it came from China. I would avoid this company .
Waited 11 days for bracelet to arrive!!!they showing vVERY BIG on the picture ! But it came Small Child size ! 30 pound paid for junk ! Called trurquse Tree of life Jewelery v poorly made ! And so small ! Horrible ! Newer order again !!! No wander they go down!!!!
Do not purchase from this website. I ordered 3 pieces of jewelry over a month ago but still haven't received 2 of the items. Everything is being shipped from China, and from the looks of the ring that I received, it was NOT handcrafted. It had the quality of something you would get out of a bubble gum machine. It felt like it was all plastic! I even wonder whether "Claire" and the photo shown of her are fake.
