My shipment of $130 of heavily discounted 6 items, contained none of the items I ordered! It was random cheap gum ball machine trinkets…they offered no shipment of correct items and I completed a form and return mailed the junk they sent me. They refuse to refund anything and never offered to ship me what I ordered. I’m not even sure they carry what I bought. So mad. 😡 they pose as a small company in California but they’re 100% Chinese trash.
I ordered a pair of earrings on May 28th and received product on June 11th. Please read reviews before ordering anything from this company Product was so little not like the pictured earrings I'm going to chalk this up as a lost. If it took this long to receive, I definitely know that I wouldn't get a refundBUYERS be WAREGo to your local stores for satisfaction. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. Appalling customer service. I paid £52.70 for 2 pairs of earrings which looked like something out of a Christmas cracker so I returned them, forced by Claire Support rules to pay the Post Office £18.95 for a full tracking service. Nearly 3 months later I have not received any refund even though I was offered 70% refund on 29th July and the rest once the earrings were received. CON MERCHANTS! I am out of pocket now £71.65.
Where do I start. How foolish was I to give the benefit of the doubt. This is a SCAM! The website is certainly no indication of the goods supplied. Can purchase exactly the same on Temu for a quarter of the price. Followed the process for returning. Has been picked up by the postal service in September it is now middle of November. Guess I’ve lost my money. Lesson learned
Unfortunately I ordered many products at the same time and I've been going through hell with them ever since. They don't send me the jewelry that they claim that they sent. They take forever to send the jewelry that you bought. Twice they sent me jewelry on a piece of cardboard that said fashion jewelry and was made from some kind of wire that looked like fishing wire. Now I'm having a battle with them because they sent me another one of their cardboard pieces of crap jewelry and will not pay me the money for it in full and they keep running me around for weeks. This last time I sent them a picture that they had said I should send to show them what I got and they had the audacity to send me an email saying well it looks like they're almost exactly the same so how about we give you 10% off to go towards your next purchase. The garbage that they sent me was white what I ordered was a blue necklace and earrings that were gold and made out of enamel. Please please please don't buy from them you will be making a serious financial mistake.
This websites photos are positively fantastic. The jewelry looks really cool, styles and level of uniqueness are right up there. Once I finally received my order I was incredibly disappointed..I spent some good hard earned money and most all of it is junk. The rings that I loved the most were pretty nice though. I thought, “Okay, these will be my salvation piece’s.”The silver tone finish is already washing away. I bought from this company u dear the name, Claire Jewelry. Now they’ve changed their name & continue to sell the same crap. To my fellow shoppers, buyer beware when it comes to this company. Money doesn’t come easy, right?! I know that many of us love quality at a discounted price, as well. Please mark my words..don’t get swayed into buying from this company. Spend your $ elsewhere.
