Very very poor costumer service

Process of getting finance is easy. Unfortunately, this is only one good point. You will be lucky if car won't have any issues. I've been ignored for a month now, waiting for hours on hold when trying to call and no response to my email at all. I'm paying for car that broke 6 weeks after purchase. No support from finance company. Sent a formal complaint, still no response.

All I could have asked for and so easy to get finance for my new car if I ever get finance again I will certainly be coming back here. And a better rate than my bank would have given me for a loan

I feel close brothers are an excellent company. I was quoted a much higher APR with other companies and was rejected in many cases. Close Brothers accepted my finance and gave me the best rate. Nothing bad to say. Thank you very much for making it very easy.
