Shocking experience from start to finish, had issues with the car from the start no help from them to get it fixed by the garage, when it eventually got somewhere the car was written off. Would never recommend this finance company they never answer or return any call/emails, full of false promises.
If I could give 0 stars I would, have had a complaint ongoing since Aug/September 2023 and still no we’re near getting a resolution when I was sold a car not as described meaning I have £20k fiancé on a car worth nothing ! As it has 14 faults on the system, cable in the engine and actually gases you out when you sit inside it!! I have been more than reasonable in waiting and following all procedures however now I am stuck paying over £500 a month for a car that is not safe to be on the road and cannot get fixed as even mechanics I have taken it to have refused to do any work on it due to the state of it, and it’s not just 1 garage I’ve been to 3 all of which do not want any involvement with this car or close brothers due to their lack of consideration, immensely slow replies if any and lack of understanding of how vehicles actually work and that sometimes they can’t be fixed !!! I need the car taking back and my finance wiped as this is not what I bought from the original garage, and it’s funny that now there is such an issue with the vehicle the garage I bought it from don’t reply answer calls or respond to close brothers. My finance agreement is with close brothers unfortunately though so I need close brothers to sort this out urgently ! This is beyond reasonable,56 days to resolve a complaint - what a lie !!! 6 months later and still nowhere !!!!
