AVOID!Absolute joke of a company! They take your money at high rates easily, but when you need back up when vehicle you have bought is faulty , they try fleece you more! I’ve been in the motor trade at a high level for 20 years, and this level of customer service is worst I’ve seen !Feel free to contact me if you have had simliar experiences I’d love to heat more , I will writing my experiences on my next online motoring lecture and could include similar experiences We earn our money by working very hard , only to be exploited by these company’s! Well it’s time for us to stand up against these rogue outfits!
Had a very stressful experience with a faulty used car from a dealer who attempted to make things difficult.Thankfully I purchased the car with finance throughClose brothers, they organised a vehicle inspection and agreed with me that the car was not fit for purpose and eventually within a set timescale managed to chase the dealer and I eventually got my deposit refunded by close brothers who are pursuing it. The extra protection I had because of the finance really helped my situation, especially a big thanks to laura the complaints handler who dealt with my case who was understanding and professional all the way through to the final resolution.
The worst company myself and my partner have ever had to deal with. Has taken them over 8 months to sort an ongoing complaint. The communication has been diabolical. The only time they seemed to be interested is when we said we were going to the Financial Ombudsman. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. CAUSE NOTHING BUT STRESS! I also highly down the validity of all of these 5 star reviews, they seem to be 'hiding' the true 1/2 star reviews that are plentiful!
