As always, value for money and, when you have a query, they have lovely support staff available by phone. We had to change dates and the process was fast and efficient. We've only had to change dates twice in about 10 years but still book the slightly more expensive 'fully refundable' option - well worth the £3 or so if you do hit a glitch.
I left my car in perfect condition as I had a MOT just 3 days beforehand. When I returned to pick my car up the boot was left opened even though I it was closed when I drove there and my case was on the passenger seat getting there. So that means someone was in my boot for NO reason. Then my SRS light was on and I found out my driver's side air bag ignition squib was faulty even though mercedes had replaced this 3 years ago !!! I have used this company for years but never again
I've been using cophall parking for many years after a bad experience elsewhere. It's so quick and easy from when you turn up to leave. And when you get back you just call to let them know that you have arrived back to catch the bus back to the car park to collect your key and your keys are waiting for you to pick up your car well secured parking as your car doesn't leave site as i have had before.
