First time parking here and the staff were lovely. Checking in was easy, again staff were lovely and friendly. The shuttle bus was ready and waiting to take us to the airport and when we arrived back from our holiday we didn't have to wait long for the shuttle bus to pick us up. Collecting the car was super easy. Definitely going to be using them again, such a lovely stress free way of getting to the airport.
As a whole everything was fine especially on a miserable wet morning. The only thing that stop me giving full stars was the fact the driver sat in his cab and watched me struggle to get our cases into the rack. It may not be in his job to do this but others have
