To begin with I only ordered One dress but TWO arrived so ws charged twice.. and when parcel was opened I couldn't believe my eyes: the poor quality of every aspect of the dress was insulting to the purchaser . Some kind of limp polyester cotton with no resemblance to linen. The colour was an insipid pink, rather than the bright shade as advertised. The seams were tattily made. It is just disgusting that they fob such rubbish off as wearable. And to not include quality as a criteria for returns adds insult to injury
The item arrived late . When I tried to return it I was advised that if the item was damaged I would not get a return . Do not use this company . The items are poorly made and you will not get your money back . They will offer you 75% off your next purchase . To buy something equally as rubbish . Do not use this company !
As with all the other reviews. The coat I ordered was terrible when it arrived from china, too small for the size, then quality was appalling .Then I found out I had to pay for sending it back to China. Then they wouldn’t give me a refund said I could have only store credit. I refused this in many emails. Then they said they couldn’t give me a refund due to it stuck in customs. Then they wanted the tracking number again.Then they offered me 50% refund the rest in store credit. Terrible terrible. Don’t buy anything from them.
If I could give zero stars or less I would. I bought a dress advertised as linen and in reality it’s made from the cheapest, flimsiest viscose type fabric which has a fake made from cotton tag inside. This is a con company based in China registered to a ‘Mr Li’. I have requested a refund and they have offered only a credit note on the basis that I pay for the postage which will cost nearly as much as I’ve paid for this sorry excuse for a garment. After several email exchanges with them I’ve given up and will report them for fraud instead. PLEASE AVOID AND DO NOT BUY from this rip off company!
Please please please do not order from this company! The dress we received did not look anything like the dress on the website! £50 dress which looked like abit of rag when it arrived! The sending back process is complicated with the return address, then they tell you they haven't received the return so they cannot offer you full refund but you never receive the refund. Lots of emails 4 momths later not responded to, trying to get my refund. Please do not order anything from this company.
