After receiving a response from Couture Moda regarding my review to reach out to Olivia in Customer Support I did so on the 19th July. 10 days later I have still not received a reply!!Very unhappy with my purchase from this company and lack of transparency in their RETURNS POLICY. I ordered two dresses both in the sale but before I completed the purchase I read the Returns Policy or thought I had. It took around 11 days to arrive and when it did the quality was very poor so I decided to return the items. After requesting the return I was advised that as the items were in the sale I could only have a credit towards a future purchase which I obviously wasn't interested in. After challengin the company I was told it was in their returns policy........it was in their T & C's but not under the heading of Returns policy but at the very bottom under exceptions. £60 pounds down the drain!!
I returned items at a cost of £32.95, the goods are still at the depot in China waiting to be collected on the 6.8.25. They wont collect or refund so don't waste your time and money sending back. Don't use this company I will always check Trustpilot in future.
Sadly I hadn't read the reviews about this company before making a purchase.Absolute over priced rubbish. The product that arrived was nothing like the photograph of said product. Cheap material , too small , a pathetic copy of the photo taken.Do not buy from this company !
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERSEmail to customer service today: As you do not seem to wish to comply with my request of a refund, I have reported your company to UK Trading Standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The Act states that goods purchased must be as described and fit for purpose. The items I received from you do not match the description, are not fit for purpose, and are of a very poor quality. Moreover, I have instructed my credit card company to commence chargeback proceedings against you under Section 75 of the same Act.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. A total scam in every way and need to be avoided at all cost!The delivered garments bear no resemblance to the photograph used by Coutour Moda in its advertisement. VERY poor quality. They stipulate no refund on sale items, but their whole site is 'on sale'! They inform you that as they are in good old China, they do not need to adhere to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for customer satisfaction. I didn't see that part, so lesson learnt! I have tried to fight this since early July, but they are not accepting anything!PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!!
I have been dealing with a person called Hope from this company who has been very helpful and professional with my enquiries regarding my order of a pair of trainers.Hope looked into the order and when noting the trainers were out of stock a full refund was given within 7 working days.My experience has been excellent.
Paid £45 for orthopaedic trainers and what I received was absolute rubbish that I would not pay a fiver for. Shoddy and in no way orthopaedic, they had a thin sliver of a plastic liner inside and it was clear these trainers would fall apart within a couple of uses. Emailed customer services for a refund, and they said their policy clearly states they don’t do refunds, only store credits. Nowhere on their site does it say that. They offered me a 75% store credit, but given how abysmal the trainers are, why on earth would I want to get anything else from them? Expensive lesson learned. UPDATE: despite sounding concerned in their reply below, I did email them again, and was told the same thing. Store credit or nothing. They knowingly sell shoddy goods, refuse to refund your money and only offer other shoddy goods in exchange. If they want me to change my review - simple. Give me my money back and pay for the return of the goods, or tell me to throw them away, as they are only fit for the bin.If Trust Pilot have the option, I will post pictures to show how bad the trainers areLike I said, SCAM company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
If I could put zero stars I would. Bought a shirt which took about 3 weeks to arrive. When it did, it was too small and really poor quality. I applied to return and they accepted this. However, it cost me £15 to return following their returns policy. I don’t think I have ever had such a bad experience. This is not a company I will ever do service with again.
Bought items. Far too small. Tried to return but given the story about sale items as many other people have. Absolute rubbish and of course offer of 75% off next purchase if I return and 120% if I don’t return. So clearly an illegal chines or similar company. Really disappointed as don’t want to chance buying anything from them.Not a scam but a dreadful company
