I've just bought a pink dress size 26 more like an 8 and quality of dress is rubbish I am waiting for a refund. If this does not happen this company needs reporting to trading standards. Please sort my problem out now or I will be getting you off the Internet for conning people.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ORGANISATION AND DEALINGS WITH WITH THEM SHOULD BE AVOIDED This company operate in a way that should be investigated by Trading Standards urgently. The clothing is sub standard and returns not possible.They change their name when matters become too controversial.What they are operating is against the law in the UK. The UK is a civilised and fair country but here we are dealing with an entirely different unlawful and uncivilised culture who should not be allowed to operate in this country.
I ordered a coat. When it arrived it looked nothing like the description. It was really poor quality and badly shaped. I contacted customer service to ask how to return and a refund. I was told sale items were only returnable for shop credit. Which I did not want,as I would be reluctant to purchase anything else from this store. I stated that as the goods were not up to standard, I just wanted a refund. I was told there was nothing they could do. So I still have no coat and out money. Be wary, before ordering from this company. Poor quality items and very poor customer service.

I already posted about Couture Moda and the extremely poor quality of the goods received: the item was absolutely not as described. I got this reply from the company, where it is clear that their practices are illegal under UK trade laws wrt returns. Please do not buy from this company. I ordered and paid for "cotton mix" Women's Culottes - Wide Leg, at a reasonable price for such. What arrived was a nasty badly made pair of culottes in 100% polyester. As they were in the sale, I cannot get money back, even though the product that arrived is not as stated on the website - appalling quality and clothing
I bought two dresses from this company. They arrived a long time after ordering and when they did arrive the quality was the worst I have ever seen. Absolute scam. They came with no labelling or anything. When I asked for a refund they wouldn't allow a refund, only store credit which I 100% do not want. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
