Review Time
I bought two dresses from this company. They arrived a long time after ordering and when they did arrive the quality was the worst I have ever seen. Absolute scam. They came with no labelling or anything. When I asked for a refund they wouldn't allow a refund, only store credit which I 100% do not want. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
I would give zero stars if possible. Avoid at all cost!! Sizing if not per the measurements online and it is beyond impossible to return anything - need emailing for almost a week to arrange a return and still getting nowhere! Awful company!In response to CM response…I am emailing re returns and getting nowhere fast. Hence my sheer frustration and resorting to publicly reviewing here - CM are absolutely terrible to deal with.
The dress I received was totally synthetic although meant to 100% cotton. Really poorly made and getting a refund is virtually impossible. I put it down to experience and put the dress in the bin.DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Oh how I wish I could give zero stars. This order has been awful. The dress arrived nearly two weeks late, it took so long to arrive that I no longer needed it. When I asked for a refund, they insisted it was a sale item that didn’t form part of their refund policy. Customer service was appalling, apologise and do nothing. Absolutely shocking website with cheap nasty products - please avoid! I wish I read the reviews first!
Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before ordering a pair of trainers. They were very poor quality and did not look like the picture, they were plastic rather than leather. They did not fit even though I ordered the correct size, they were far too small. I am still trying to return them but it seems impossible to return them for either an exchange or refund. This company should be closed down and not be allowed to operate or advertise in the UK.
Do NOT buy from here. I purchased trousers that cost £44.95 and the quality of them was dreadful. They should have cost about £2. The problem is that when you go to return it, you're charged a HUGE return fee because it's being shipped back to China. So I had to spend £20 returning them. As well as the awful quality, I bought a size small and the waist was huge. I really advise to steer clear of this website. While the cost of returns is ridiculous, my main issue is them pricing clothes much higher than the quality / what they're worth.
