I don't believe that this is a scamming company, but from my own experience - and other reviewers - they are selling very sub-standard products. I was shocked by the goods sent to me, emailed them and received a prompt and polite reply asking for photographs which I sent. Several emails have been interchanged - all courteous - and a full refund was returned promptly.My advice? If you are not satisfied with your goods, tell them - politely.
When I bought my item, i did not realised that, the store was a drop shipping from China. IAs nowhere on the site It is mentioned that they are shipping from China, The jumpsuit I bought doesn't look at all like the picture in the website. It is low quality material, not the same outfit as on the pics. Waist of money. do not bother to buy. I want the refund not a credit note, And to return the item, you have to pay £20;Please stay away from that website.
I ordered two dresses which took ages to arrive. I didn't realise I was ordering them from China. Then when I received them they were a completely different colour from their website and they did not fit well. I arranged a return which was not easy at all and cost me £17.When it did arrive it sat at customs waiting for a payment to be made by the recipient. They wouldn't pay and offered me 50% of the return which I declined. I ended up getting the money back from my credit card.Terrible stay away!!
Don't order through this company. I ordered a jump suit for a wedding. Contrary to descriptions it was very poor quality material and cut.... the crutch hung just above my knees!! I was suspicious as soon as I placed the order as I didn't get any confirmation of payment, know acknowledgment of my order and nothing about delivery. I eventually received the item about 3 weeks after ordering, only to find no paperwork,meaning I couldn't provide proof of purchase to return the goods... and all for the privilege of spending £45 with this company.
Like many other reviewers, the item I received was nothing like the one shown on the website. It was slimy polyester, not the natural cotton as shown. I have e-mailed the company, but hold out little hope of getting my money back. I will be contacting my bank. If I do get a refund, I will adjust this review accordingly.
Stay away from this site.Even though it has a 5 star from trust pilot, its a scam. I ordered a few items and when it says 3/7 days delivery they didn't arrive until 3 weeks later. I ordered a size large (14) and when they eventually came they must be a size xxs (4) You can't get your money back with sale iteam even though they don't have anything bigger than a size 12 you might as well throw the items in the bin. The full priced items cost over £20 to return. I'm so angry with myself for trusting this awful site.
Sadly, 1* is inadequate for the extremely poor service. This retailer is not to be trusted. I purchased a trenchcoat, size L (the website says that if you always have size L, order size L). The order was made on 15 June and it took ten days for the parcel to arrive. Happy with colour and cut, but in size the product is unfortunately far too small - I expected size 16 but their size L is probably size 12. I enquired by email about the return address and their refund procedure, only to be told that the retailer does not offer any refunds but on return of the product would issue a credit note of 75%. I drew attention to consumer law and the right for a refund, to no effect. I have suggested they send me an XXL replacement if they have two sizes up, to no effect. I have now escalated this formally via my bank. My advice to all customers: steer well clear of this company.
Ordered two items, only one turned up. The item that did turn up was far to big. When I asked to return it they wanted to charge me £19. The item was a pair of trousers worth £40. Please avoid this company and learn from my mistake. I will never use them again.
I advise anyone in the UK not to buy from this trader. I purchased two pairs of trainers/sneakers that looked good online, but when they arrived, they were poorly designed and very uncomfortable. I emailed requesting a refund on one unworn pair, but they offered only store credit. This goes against the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which entitle customers to a full refund to their original payment method for items bought online if cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods. This regulation applies to any company trading in the UK, regardless of whether they are based in the EU or elsewhere.
