DO NOT buy from this company it’s all a complete scam. I bought clothes which were little more than rags, paid to return them and to this day cannot get my money refunded. Every response is clearly written by Chat GPT and it’s all a con. I lost £100.

I received a dress that was below…

I received a dress that was below standard it was covered with pulls and gathers of material plus dark stains .It took quite a while to arrive which was not informed prior to ordering .I requested a return which would cost me 21.45 .They say that the pulls can be cut off therefore NOT faulty !!I get different emails of response each time I try to resolve .PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE .NASTY CHEAP ITEMS

Everyone please avoid this company

EDIT: It's a shame that you cannot reply to the companies on here. They act like they want to resolve the matter and ask you to email them. I have done this and still been told that they will not let me return the items or get a refund.Everyone please avoid this company. They don't send the right items. They claim they are from the UK, but they are somewhere in the Netherlands and the items are shipped from China. Ordered shoes and they were sent in just a bag. They were damaged and 4 sizes too small.Wanted to return them and told no. I sent pictures of the damage and didn't get a reply. Chased them and they said they accepted the pictures and that I could have a refund. They asked for the tracking number and I said I hadn't shipped them yet because I was waiting for a reply for them. They then told me it had been more than 30 days so I couldn't have a refund. I explained everything and then they told me that I bought the shoes in a sale, so I couldn't have a refund.I'm reporting this company, and urge people not to buy from them

Absolutley awful experience , I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that looked fab on the website , they took ages to arrive .when I recieved them they were too small and really poor quality, they were nothing like advertised , I asked for return instructions to be told they don't refund , and I would have to be charged to send them back over seas , I could have in store credit , so no refund , be charged for return and have to take the risk to order another shoddy item .WARNING FOR EVERYONE , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF .I really wish I had read these reviews before I purchased anything from these ...I won't be ever again

Couture Moda are a fraudulent company

Couture Moda are a fraudulent company, who does not comply with any Trading Standards.I bought two tops which were of a terrible quality and had been in contact with their 'Customer Service' team about returning them. Long story short, after not accepting their offer of a store credit for 50% of the value I spent, their 'Customer Service' team finally gave me the information of where to return the goods - which was in CHINA and cost me a further £20.70 to post, which I had tracked. I've had confirmation from Royal Mail that the package arrived safe and have since been chasing their 'Customer Service' team for my refund but am getting zero response from them now.Looking back I really should have checked out the company before engaging, but what really blows my mind is the fact that they clearly never had any intentions of ever issuing a refund, but then got me to waste a further £20.70 to post the items back. It just shows how immoral the company is - stay clear!

BUYER BEWARE - cheap products and bad customer service

I ordered two swimsuits on 1st June to take on holiday on 7th June. I contacted this company after paying as I hadn't received a confirmation email. I was told that delivery would take sometime, so I asked for the order to be cancelled. I was told that wasn't possible and that the items would be delivered and then I would be able to return for a refund. Now they are saying that they do not refund back to the original payment method for sale items (aren't all their products constantly on sale?!) and give options to either keep the item and receive 75% store credit, or return the item for 120% store credit. Absolute scam and the items that have arrived are very poor quality and the size Medium that I ordered would barely fit a 10 year old!!!UPDATE: reported this to my bank today and they got a refund to me with 2 hours, looks like this isn’t the first time that my bank has had to investigate this company!

If there were minus starts I would put a 100 for quality and customer service of this company. I ordered 2 corset dresses on sale and they suggested a 3rd for 3rd of the price. The corset was non existing, and they said you cannot return any item that is on sale. The ultimate scam!! They offered 50%store credit but after emailing back and forth agreed I will send it back for 100% store credit. They have emailed me return form with the address but I was waiting for their Tax id to send it back, asked them to come back to me asap as I was going away. They responded with an online return form that by then expired, 20 emailed later and still nothing..

Total Scam !!!

Total Scam !!!They take your money, then refuse to acknowledge you, won’t reply to your emails asking where the items are!They must be absolutely racking the cash in. I have sent over 10 emails to support and they never acknowledge you or reply to you. I have repeatedly asked for the trainers I ordered or a refund. Ordered in March and it now 24 June 25.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a pair of trousers which looked absolutely NOTHING like what was advertised on their website - totally different fabric and didn't even have the same features (back pockets were missing)I requested a refund but they say refunds are not possible on "sale items", pretty much all the items on their website are "marked down" - I guess as a way of getting out of providing refunds! I was offered a 75% store credit and to keep the item, or pay for a return myself (which would work out to half the cost i paid for the item) and get 120% store credit - why on earth would I want store credit for a website that sells extremely poor quality items...!? Luckily I made the purchase using my Amex card so I've raised a dispute with them and hopefully they can resolve the issue on my behalf - it's illegal not to offer refunds in the UK, especially if the item received is not as advertised. I wish I had discovered these reviews before placing an order...
