Ordered dresses. Material not what I expected and now have to return to China at huge expense. They have quoted £25.00. This is NOT clear on website!I am furious. I have now been to post office who want to charge me £29.50 but have also advised it’s not worth sending anything back to China as things don’t get through. What a waste of money. Do not use this site.
I ordered two jumpsuits. They were not as shown on the website. Quality was horrendous. I requested a refund and to return the items. I was told they don't do returns just credit notes. I kept at them for weeks, with no progress. I then contact my credit card provider (Thankfully I purchased using me cc) and they started a claim. I received a refund within two days from them. DO NOT buy from this company, quality is terrible and it's a nightmare trying to get a refund.
AVOID dealing with this company- everything comes form China which isn't mentioned. Takes weeks to arrive and then impossibnoe to return as postage is so high. They offer a 75% discount on a new purchase if you keep the item but it doesn't work
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I feel compelled to warn others. I am absolutely appalled by the service I’ve received from Couture Moda.I spent a considerable amount of money, and the clothes I received were of poor quality and completely misrepresented online. I’ve been chasing the company for weeks to arrange a return and request a full refund, and have received no response to multiple emails.The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking. I strongly urge others to avoid this company – no one should have to deal with this level of disregard after spending their hard-earned money.
I wish I could give negative stars. Absolute rubbish company. The dress took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was huge (not a small) - poor quality. Then the returns portal did not work. Then they tried to refer to super small print about it being a sale item and they can only give 50% refund. Got in touch with Mastercard who informed me if product not as described and did not arrive they must give me a refund. Currently still in email dispute with them.DO NOT DEAL WITH THE ORGANISATION.
I ordered 3 items from so called "Couture" Moda online - all three were a very poor quality and absolutely no tailoring and bared no resemblence to the glossy and tailored images on their website. It was like ordering a Porsche and receiving a Reliant Robin. I am 3 emails in to "customer services" and they are claiming that as items are on sale they can't be refunded and only store credit. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
