Horrendous company to buy from. Sent me a dress that was completely different to the image advertised and was cut wonky so the straps on either side are wonky and misshapen. Adamant they haven't sold me a faulty dress, won't refund unless I return the dress at a cost of £20 to me! I am reluctant to spend a further £20 as from the reviews on here its unlikeky I'll get any kind of refund. Tried in vain for weeks to resolve the issue via customer services. Generic responses and no resolution. I'm left with a £40 dress I can't wear and I can't sell. So frustrating.

This Company should never be trading. They are a total nightmare. I ordered a dress it never arrived. No idea where it was delivered but it wasn't to me. They take no responsibility for this. I have been told to contact the delivery company and claim them for the non delivery. They are such rubbish. Do not touch them with a barge pole. Disgusting. I would rate them with minus 10 stars!!!
Do not order from this company! Absolute scam! A waterproof jacket supposedly on sale down to £60. I can see through the cheap thin material! It’s polyester not waterproof. You do not get refunds back into your account. They don’t refund sale items, you have to return item to china! £20! And still they can decline your refund. Awful experience from horrible people of this so called company
I would say the clothing quality is terrible but that would be giving it too much credit. A 5 year old could make better clothes. What they advertise is NOT what you receive. No tags or even labels inside. Clearly knocked up cheaply in a factory and definitely not what is advertised. Their refund policy is ludicrous! They won’t refund you no matter how much you complain. This is just a total scam. Do not use. UPDATE- regarding the reply below don’t be fooled- I have already had a lengthy exchange with customer services and they would not help, hence the review.
One week after receiving five dresses of very poor quality, and a lot of effort, I am still trying to return them. I have received one reply so far to four emails that I have sent to Couture-Moda. The reply stated that I could return the items, but the process for doing this is not easy, and it obviously costs to send back to China via courier! @Couture-Moda: please advise your tax ID number so that I am able to return my parcels. I am keen to return my items ASAP and get a full refund. Thank you.
