DO NOT USE THIS Company.I purchased two pairs of trousers. They took over almost a month to arrive and when I tell you the quality was completely terrible. Not only will you not get a refund they will only give you credit so you can buy more sh.. from there company. Save yourself some time and money and don’t buy any clothing through this company you WILL REGRET IT.
Avoid this company. Bought for my wife. It took ages for the dress to be delivered (presumably from China judging by the quality) and it was nothing like the description or the photo on the website. The returns process is not at all simple although the website says it is. I ended up keeping the dress as it would have cost as much again to return it. There was nothing included in the packaging and no labels whatsoever on the garment, no manufacturer, no washing instructions and no indication of what the fabric is but it’s definitely not ‘cotton rich’. I wish I had taken more time to search for reviews about Couture Moda.
I purchased a pair of trousers which were absolutely awful quality, extremely thin cheap material, see through and definitely not white as advertised. No paperwork arrived with the delivery, I found an email from the website and requested a refund through the email. They replied saying they checked the item and it was sold at sale price. This was completely untrue. I paid the full price. They offered me 75% store credit if I kept the item or 120% store credit if I returned them. Still no address given. I sent them photos of the listing and my order to validate my purchase details. The website should be more truthful and simply say, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS WE JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY. No reply from them since sending the actual listing. I would advise not buying from this company, if you do, be prepared to loose your money or be offered a credit to purchase more shoddy goods!
This company should be shut down. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the piece of tat that was sent me . Which I waited 2 weeks for . I am not able to have a refund as the item I purchased was in the sale . They said under no circumstances will they refund money to my account. But offered a credit note ……as if I would buy from them ! One reviewer advised to contact our bank as they could still help .
AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY! False photos of swimsuits, superimposed on pretty models. I ordered two for my partner - they were DIFFERENT PATTERN and DESIGN (halterneck instead of the nice double shoulder strap design in the fake photos). No refunds for sale items, but also £25 RETURN SHIPPING FEE for an item that would fit in a large envelope! Not worth returning, so they went to charity!
This company is awful, stay well clear !!!! I googled the company and said it was uk based turns out it’s in China!! The quality and sizing is absolutely awful and if you buy something in the sale they won’t give you a refund only credit to the account , I don’t want credit to my account as I will new use them again, I will be chasing this up with my bank , scam !!!! Fraud
I’d give less stars but I can’t! Joke of a company. Wish I found these reviews before ordering - absolute scam! Ordered two jumpsuits, horrible quality so I returned them. On their website, they use a UK address and then you ask for the return address and it’s a Chinese company. My return is now stuck in customs as they won’t collect it. The company has gone radio silent on emails too. You should be ashamed of yourselves ‘running’ a company like this!
