I ordered 2 dresses, never received an order confirmation despite the money coming out of my account. The dresses finally arrived after 2 weeks but are too small so i have been trying to return. However without a order number i cannot do this through their returns portal. I emailed customer service as well as completing a form online and i still haven't heard back from anyone regarding this.Had i read all these negative reviews before, i wouldn't have ordered in the first place...
AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.This company is an utter disgrace. I wish I had seen the reviews before placing my order for a jumpsuit. It arrived later than expected and it was too small. The sizings are inaccurate and the quality is poor.More importantly they refuse a full refund ! They offer a 50% of the value credit note. This is wholly inadequate because you couldn’t then buy anything for that amount without adding more money to it. In addition you couldn’t guarantee it would be fit for purpose. This is where I would question whether this is in fact a scam or a racket by the company. They say the reason for them not providing the full refund is because the item is in the sale. They refer to their scant refund policy! There are a lot of items in the sale! They say their policy is not to refund if the item is in the sale however they do not highlight this on purchase, instead they emphasis the ‘ 30 day hassle free returns’. They are deliberately misleading on all levels and should be challenged on their practices. Additional comment- following the company’s reply to my feedback I feel compelled to add that I responded to them. They offered for me a link to return the item( which previously had not been provided) however this was fruitless because it again does not offer the option of a full refund and only a credit note. Again sighting the fact that it is a sale item! ( please see my feedback earlier on the fact that I was not alerted to the fact that as a sale item I was not eligible for a refund) The communication from the company seems either automatic ( robotic) or ai generated. I do not get the impression that I am communicating with a real person. I do get the impression that this is their standard responses and their standard practice with customers who are dissatisfied.
The measurements of the dress I purchased were accurate and the sewing was neat. But the cotton material was such poor quality, that I have returned the dress. The dress was £40, the return postage was £20, so I am £20 worse off for the venture. I won’t shop here again.
They are making me pay to return the item to china and this costs more than the item itself. They are a scam. Please don’t order from them. Update: you asked me to contact support but they have not helped any further. They are still telling me to return the item to China.
This company should not be allowed to trade. The trouser suit my mother in law ordered looked nothing like the photo’s it’s cheap rubbish for nearly £80. To return item you have to email customer services. We have no faith in being able to return the item because of the bad reviews and expect the returns costs will be extortionate. Olivia your fake replies to the customers you are scamming do nothing to improve your credibility. Btw your company reg number is fake too
I ordered a dress in 3 different colours but when they arrived they looked completely different to the photos and were extremely poor quality. My main problem came in trying to return them and get a refund. It cost me £25 to do a Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and the return has now been stuck at Chinese customs for over a month with the company refusing to process my refund until it arrives at their warehouse. They should NOT have a Returns system that is so expensive, lengthy and difficult. I will never use this site again and warn others not to.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.This is a drop shipping company. Addressed as London but everything comes from China. It’s nothing like advertised. Quality is horrible, for is terrible. The ‘jeans’ they advertise and sell are as thin as paper. They also don’t provide you a full refund and only offer a credit note. When they ask you to return it, it’s so China and it cost around £40 for a tracked ship. Steer clear and don’t waste your money. They will send generic reply (see all other reviews) they ask you to contact them again. When you do. They ghost you! This is a fraudulent company
