Having written a review on this company previously, they replied to it. I did what was requested and they haven’t even got the common courtesy to bother replying. !!!! I have sent over 20 emails!!!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. £50 DOWN THE DRAIN
If there was a way I could have given less, I would have. If only I had read the reviews, there’s no way on earth I would have purchased anything, this company is an absolute rip off, and the genuinely feel sick have dished out almost £75.00. I knew there was something afoot, when it offered the same dress at a discount, and I clicked “decline offer” it automatically took more money. I emailed straight away, and it was not reversed. I emailed every day and was advised as the order was complete, I had to take receipt of these dresses. I got a response every time, advising me what to do, once I received. Fast forward I took receipt of two dresses, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The dress was cheap, poorly made, the material was shockingly cheap and looked nothing like the advertised dress, to add fuel to the fire, I now have two of the same hideous dress, and despite emailing every day for the past week, am yet to get guidance on their returns procedure. I could have bought from Temu, the prices are better, and you know where you stand. This bunch of charlatans, give the impression of quality, but every aspect of this transaction has been SHITE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I give 1 star because -100 wasn't possible. I think they take photos on some websites, attempt to recreate it when the cheapest fabrics - in my case, it was 100% polyester that doesn't even pass as lining - and sell at normal price. Couture moda is just a scam guys....run!! When you attempt to return, they lie that it was part of a sale and unreturnable, meanwhile there's no indication of sale during purchase. Editing because I couldn’t respond to the reply. Well, I have reached out to customer support and was offered 50% off of my next purchase. I am NEVER spending more money on the dreck you’re selling
Terrible Experience – Scam WebsiteI ordered a dress from this website thinking it was a UK-based company, as their site claims they are based in London. It took about two weeks to arrive, which was slow but not the worst part. The dress looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online – the material is cheap, the fit is awful, and it’s completely unwearable, especially for the wedding I bought it for. I paid £45 and it was a total waste of money.Their website clearly states that you can request a refund, but this is not true. When I tried to contact customer service to return the dress, I received no response at all. They don’t offer real returns or refunds, and it feels like a complete scam. Avoid this site at all costs.
The dresses sent so not look like the photographs on the website and the quality is extremely poor. Despite this they won't give a refund. I will be informing my credit card company to see if they can retrieve the payment
Disgusting! They are scammers! They pretend to sell items that are completely opposite to what arrives. Very cheap and not as described. They try hide that it’s a Chinese company and try say they are from the UK when you want to return you pay £25 and they say it’s our responsibility. They don’t answer and they are scamming people for their working money. Disgusting brand. They even don’t say what the company is sending the item by and you can’t even track it. They try lie saying it arrives asap and it takes months!!!!!!
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS BRAND. Purchased a “dress”. Completely see through, faulty fabric, loose threads, not the slightest bit wearable. They wouldn’t refund because their policy is to not refund on “sale items” even though when I asked, this item has never been sold at full price. I believe they discount so they never need to refund. After a review below, and them asking me to message details, they are not refunding this item as per their policy. I full believe they mislead customers. DO NOT purchase. I will never shop with this terrible brand again!
I ordered a pair of orthopaedic trainers, believing this was from a UK business with a City Road address in London. They were £45 and absolutely terrible. Materials and workmanship were very poor. I contacted them and they offered a discount on another purchase which I rejected. Returns need to be sent International tracked and signed, and they ask for your tracking details. I was so angry, I paid £23 for this to be tracked and returned. The item arrived in Shanghai on 5th May, and is still ‘being assessed by Customs’ on 17th May. I think we know what is happening here and it will be corrupt. I have to wait 25 days to claim from Royal Mail, who will presumably say that it’s not their fault that Customs is holding up/blocking delivery. If this happens I will contact my bank for the third time, to try to claw back the purchase cost. Absolutely awful business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. UPDATE 26 Jun: my parcel is still in ‘Customs’ and it had been there almost 2 months. Clearly, this company is refusing to pick up their own tracked returns, and their advice to return is an appalling sham. I can’t believe that anyone could justify working for this company when they spend all day apologising and asking customers to contact them- when they are fully aware that all roads are a dead end. I have called my bank who are looking into this for me, and have reported the company to Trading Standards in the UK. A corrupt and utter disgrace of a business. Note to Hazel: do not reply to this and ask me to contact you- do not demean yourself.
