Review Time
My heart sank when I read these reviews and I knew I had been scammed. I had trusted this company's advertising. My trousers were poor quality, didn't fit, very creased, no returns label and the cost me £39. I won't even bother going for a refund - I can tell from other reviews that I won't get it. It's my fault I'll check next time.
First time ever i’ve not checked reviews…. And to my detriment. As other people have said, they have hidden behind a London address, i didn't realise until i started tracking and my heart sunk. I ordered some leisure pants looking for something light weight snd comfy. I ordered a large and i cant get them above my thighs…. Im a size 16. The material is cheap and there is no label to even tell you what it is…. This rag cost me £45. Im just writing it off as its obvious i wont get a refund from all the reviews, waste of energy and will just stress me out. Someone is getting rich from us gullible people and it wont be the poor people making these awful garments. Shame on you
if i could give a zero rating i would. it took 4 weeks for my dress to arrive by which point it was too late. the item cost £45 and they wanted me to pay £20 return cost. Yes £20 return, for a dress that weighs no more than a few ounces. Post Office estimate was £4 !
ordered a Suit that took 4 weeks to arrive and it was nothing like the colour of the images on the website, when I wanted to return it they only offered a store voucher which I didn't know at the time of ordering it, I'm still trying to get my money back but they take 3/4 days to reply.
DON'T BUY THERE!!!I received very bad quality shoes and a return request was refused due to their policy. In my opinion unprofessional and not at all modern in these days...They only offered a 50% store credit which will only benefit them more in the end.Again, DON'T SHOP THERE.
This Company should not be allowed to trade. I am waiting for a refund for shoes which cost £45. They are of very poor quality, certainly there is no "ultimate foot support". Where is the "durable build?" . Explain to me how the thin hard inner sole can be described as "ultimate foot support". The interior of the shoe underneath the paper thin inner sole, which gave no support or comfort, was held together with STRING! Never seen such POOR QUALITY"BE WARNED ...IT IS A SCAM.Hazel Still
Bought some combat trousers that took three weeks to arrive, nothing like what the picture looked like, asked for a refund and was told they was in the sale and for that reason they could offer me a 25 percent credit voucher as a good will gesture, the pants cost £50 they was worth about 50 pence , since the offer of £25 I’ve had no reply to numerous emails, avoid this company it’s a total sham , like many other people I should have read the reviews first
Dishonest company, delivery takes much longer than advertised as goods come from cheap labour countries like India and China. I ordered 2 dresses, although they were advertised as "cotton" one of them was mainly polyester! Very cheap quality garments. Would probably only cost £2 in China or India. When I emailed for return instructions I received no response. I don't believe in refunds coming out of China, do you???AVOID
I ordered blue suede shoes with "brogue detailing" on 3 May. They arrived today (20 May) and I am unhappy with the quality and the lack of "brogue detailing". Is there no quality control to check the items before they are dispatched? The soles are thin, and the uppers are cheap and nasty. The suede is mottled and bobbled and it would be embarrassing to wear these shoes and claim that they are new. There is no way that these shoes should cost anywhere near the price tag that they have been given. If the quality was right, I would willingly accept the price I paid. I double-checked the website and the images do show brogue detailing. The packaging was also very poor. The shoes were not boxed, and came in 2 plastic bags (a clear zip-locked inner bag, and an opaque outer bag). Why no box - that would have kept the shoes in good shape. It is going to cost me £20 to return the item which is outrageous as I have received the wrong item. Avoid this company, shop with them at your peril.
