Absolutely DO NOT USD THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Ordered a summer mini brown dress arrived as a maxi and blue and terrible quality. Ignored all my emails to return. They have a no sale return policy and all of their items are ‘in the sale’ so do not waste your money. No surprise when I received NO REPLY to my emails.
DO NOT order!!!! I ordered two dresses both arrived and looked nothing like the pictures and the quality is just shocking. When I contacted the company for a refund they’re claiming one dress was in the sale and they can only off me store credit. They have now stopped responding to all emails. Awful customer service
Awful- the dress I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the photo online. Tried to return but apparently because the dress was ‘on sale’ they would not accept a return. The dress was £55 and it should have been sequinned, it was a stretchy metallic material that was not worth £5. Offered a gesture of good will of 50% store credit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
The shirt that arrived was not the one depicted on their website. It was of extremely poor quality & the wrong size — I immediately returned it to their address in China at my own expense, as instructed. Couture Moda are clearly not prepared to give me a refund after weeks of email tennis with them. NEVER AGAIN !!!
Purchased a shirt. Didn't fit. I asked to return. According to their terms,sale items are non refundable, so no refund. Was offered a 50% discount on my next purchase. There won't be one. Please be warned. The delivery time from order was outrageous.
Ordered a couple of items as options for a wedding. Took nearly three weeks to come, after the ending I had ordered them for and - the quality was appalling. When I tried to return them they wouldn’t as were sale items (this is written right at the bottom of their returns policy!) would not recommend or ever buy from them again!
Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I placed the order then 15 minutes later checked and saw delivery is around 3 weeks. So immediately messaged to cancel the order. They replied fairly promptly to say they had a prompt despatch so unfortunately I would have to wait for the delivery and the return and refund. The order arrived within 2 weeks but still too late unfortunately. I emailed them to ask for returns details. +24 hours received a response saying can you give us the reason +48hours and I still have no response, despite having chased. The dress is definitely not the £60 image pictured on the website.
Ordered two dresses - one was described as satin. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures snd the label inside said 100%polyester. I’ve been in contact with their customer services but am constantly being fobbed off with excuses and told that they are sorry I’m not happy but returns policy is that sale items can not be returned. They seem to be ignoring the full price item. I have been offered store credit but who wants store credit from a site who lies about their products? Hilariously, the website was featured on BBC Watch Dog last night. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
