Buyers be cautious! I ordered a variety of pants, sweaters, beachwear, and layering pieces for my vacation. I opted for express shipping to ensure everything arrived a week before I left. However, I received my order almost two weeks after my vacation. When I finally opened the package, I was horrified. The sweater was not a sweater, just a printed fish pattern, and the pants were made from cheap material and poorly sewn. The sizing was incorrect, and worst of all, the patterns bled into the fabric and were not clear. Now, I'm navigating the return process. They offered me a 20% credit on my next order, which I refuse. They are telling me I have to cover the shipping costs and taxes for the return. This company is making it extremely difficult to return items. As of July 2, 2025, they want to compensate me with 10% of my $225.87 order. I firmly stated I want a full refund and will gladly return their products. They have yet to respond. I ordered on May 10, 2025, and it’s been almost two months. My advice to everyone is to run away from purchasing anything from this company.
I thought I ordered pants and a shirt but I received two shirts. When I went back to the site and order form the second item said it was pants in the words, but then a shirt was pictured. I figured they just made a mistake with the images on the site. When I asked to exchange they would not and doubled down that I had ordered a shirt even though the site was clearly confusing. When I asked to return they said it would be too expensive, that I should just give the order to a friend as a gift and they'd offer me 20% off my next order. I told them I'd never order from them again so the 20% wouldn't do me any good. Then they offered to return 10% of my order. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation that started with mislabeling on their site. I'm not taking it up with my credit card.The only positive thing is that their customer service was quick to respond.
I was really impressed with the customer service. Initially, I had an issue with the tracking information of my order, and I was worried I wouldn't receive my dress on time. But the support team was incredibly responsive. They quickly sorted out the problem and kept me updated throughout the process.
I ordered a pant supposed to be cotton blend. It took 1 month to be delivered and it's awful. the item is made with everything except cotton, it's unwearable and made really bad. all the stitchings are crooked. the value of the product is 1/10 of what I paid. Shipping fee to return the item is double then the cost. Pictures on the website are way different from what you buy. DO NOT PURCHASE on this website
