Worst ever shopping experience I ever had in my entire life...I seriously don't know why this shop haven't been closed. Never buy from here, I have sent 34 emails, asked for refund and to escalate my complaint and they dont even have contact number or chat service to speak to anyone. Keep emailing them and they say they will send me tracking details in a couple of days since February and today 3rd of May 2024 still waiting for an update. My holiday was in March this year clearly...Will have to swim naked.
BE CAREFUL THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!I have been trying to return an item through email conversations and it is a horrible return policy. I paid $70 for my order and my items were too small and they suggested I keep them and buy another one in a larger size with a 10% discount instead of a full refund (they do not accept me to send it back). Although it is included in the website's 24 hour return policy and the policy says that if it is their side, they will pay the refund costs (totally false) Nothing fits me, so how is this discount helpful? They don't disclose any of this on their website. They don't have any reviews on their social media and you can't leave one there either.
This company has not shipped any of my items and won’t refund my money. They said they shipped one item and the others are out of stock. Nothing has arrived. Tried to give me a discount and only refund me a 1/4 of my money. No refund. This company are scammers. They have stopped responding to emails request for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Pretty dress but horrible return policy. My dress was too small and they suggested keeping it and buy another with 20% off? Even tho it falls into the 24 hour return policy on the website.. don’t waste your time.. waste of money with poor communication
Please. Do yourself a favor and Never, never ever buy from this brand. They charge for an expensive shipping fee, they hire a terrible carrier company. I never got my package and they decide not to solve any issue since it was not their problem anymore.BIG NO
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a white swimsuit for my wedding and when I didn’t get any notice from them for 2.5 weeks I decided to reach out. They never would have told me that they didn’t have it in stock if I hadn’t reached out to them first. Then, customer service… woof. I wanted a refund and they refused sending me multiple emails begging me to keep my order and they would let me choose something different. I kept telling them I just wanted a refund and 8 emails in, I’m still dealing with them refusing to give me the refund. They are scammers and don’t have reviews on their social media. Don’t fall for it. They’re a pain.
I've been trying to return an item for 2 weeks now, I'm 8 emails in and keep being offered 10% of the sale price instead of a full refund as apparently the import fee won't be worth it. They don't disclose any of this on their website. They are scammers! People promoting theirs products on Instagram should be embarrassed they've associated themselves with such a poor brand.
