Review Time
Ordered a piece which was falsely named in the shop. Was marketed as a two piece but was just one. This one piece didnt even fit me and when i asked for a refund (of course i sent it back), they started saying that they wont pay for shipment because its too far away and would instead give us a 30% discount, yet i still had the piece that wasnt my size and they wouldnt take it back and ship me a new one in my size. This was all in the span of 3 days.
Refuses to give you a refund and pretends to ship your order. I will trust in the universe that one day they will do the right thing by the customer. Emails you saying the item isn’t prepared and then you send a pic of what you would like and they act like you haven’t sent the picture and say shall we decide for you. Complete Scam and I hope you enjoy my £73.00 which will come back at loss at some point in your life. Hasn’t replied since I worked the company out by the bad reviews and wished I saw this before. A lesson learnt always check reviews.
Hello , To rate this people with 1 star is still to much . Don’t EVER think to buy from them , I’ve ordered 1 month in a half back payed and they didn’t delivered , after more than 10 e-mails that I’ve sent to them - they asked me to pay a fee ( that I don’t know from where it came for 5 usd by pay pall ) after sending them the proof of paying they said that can’t deliver anymore
I am not at all satisfied with my purchase. First I bought a dress hoping to wear for an event and I didn’t get it in time. It took over a month and heard no update info until I email Coveshe. Then, when my order finally arrived ,it looked cheap and not like the pictures, so I email again to find out how to return , because in the website the was no easy way to find it.They reply to me, asking me why do I wanted to return, and giving me no instructions on how to return.When I told them I just didn’t like it, they told me , the cost would be too high for me to return, and they suggest me to give it to a friend, again with no return instructions. What an unprofessional response and service.
Awful experience with them. PLEASE AVOID.I ordered and paid for 10 items on 18th March. Nothing arrived for 5 weeks. After many emails to chase them, after more than 3 weeks they replied after that 7 of the 10 items were “not ready” and asked me to select 7 other items instead. I asked them to ship the 3 items that were ready and asked how long it would take for those items to be ready. I exchanged MANY more emails with Coveshe, with them trying to convince me to order different items rather than refunding me, and me insisting I wanted a refund for the 7 items. In 10th of April finally agreed to refund the 7 items. Today is 8th of May and I still haven’t received the refund. ALSO, the 3 other items finally arrived after 6 weeks but the sizes weren’t right. I have now emailed them 4 times to send me return details & the keep saying it’s not worth my while to return them due to postage charges and they insist I keep them and take a 40% discount!!! Basically I have lost ALL the money I paid for 10 items I ordered without any usable product.
