I asked to return an item because it didn't meet my expectations. I was asked to send a photo, only to be offered a 10% discount on a future purchase! They claimed there was no return location in the U.S. Then they offered a 30% discount on my next order. Why would I make another purchase when they refuse to provide a refund? COMPLETE FRAUDS! Avoid ordering from them.
The clothing is made from cheap fabric that pulls threads. It does not match what was shown in the advertisements. It feels damp upon arrival. There are no labels indicating the fabric type or care instructions. They do NOT accept returns and instead offer discounts to purchase more subpar clothing. DO NOT buy from this company; their products are worthless, and you’ll regret spending your money.
The entire process is enjoyable and the experience is fantastic! I was concerned the blue stripes might look cheap, but they arrived looking bright, sharp, and unexpectedly stylish. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, ideal for warm weather. A big thank you to the support team for assisting me in finding the right size, and the shipping was incredibly fast. For such a great price, it’s an absolute bargain—the quality surpassed my expectations!
As a UK customer, I purchased a dress advertised as a cotton blend. It arrived with no cotton content at all (entirely synthetic, cheap quality, and a blurred design). There was no label on the dress to confirm the material (which is required by law in the UK). When I contacted customer service, they first claimed the dress was 90% cotton, then later stated it was 70%. Their suggestion? Gift it to someone and accept a 20% discount on a future order since returning the dress is costly and time-consuming. Despite my attempts to resolve this, customer service refused to cooperate. I then tried to claim through my credit card company, who advised me to return the dress. I decided to send it back to the address in China at a cost of £12 using a tracked service. Eight weeks later, DPD informed me that the parcel was lost, and I am now in the process of claiming for the lost return. I will get my money back only because it was lost, which worked out in my favor. Nowhere on the website does it mention that returns must go to China at the customer's expense; you have to email them to find this out. This is misleading. In summary, the goods are not accurately or honestly advertised. The dress was of awful quality, cheap, and synthetic. I believe this company is banking on customers not returning their orders and profiting significantly from what they sell. I will be advising friends and family to steer clear of this company unless they are willing to waste their money on unsatisfactory products!
Lesson learned - check independent reviews first. The Japanese (fish pattern) trousers looked great. Marketed as 'cotton polyester' without specific percentages. I bought 2 trousers and a shirt for £57 plus conversion fees, as they were sold in dollars. The quality of the trousers was terrible, feeling entirely synthetic, with no trace of cotton. I emailed to return them, but it turned into a nightmare with 14 emails back and forth. They put up every possible barrier to returns, offering discounts instead. The quality was so poor that I didn’t want to reorder. They claimed they couldn’t refund fully because they only make a 10% profit, citing additional postage and tax costs. I ended up with a £5 refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM - do not order, regardless of how appealing the pictures are; the products are terrible!
I contemplated purchasing the Japanese style trousers for a long time. I should have trusted my instincts. I would caution anyone against buying the fish-patterned trousers. They are made from a horrible thin, shiny material, poorly constructed, and the print is very blurred. The material seems like it would tear if worn. I have emailed to return and request a refund, and I am awaiting their response, but I will update on my experience later. Avoid buying.
The delivery took so long that I almost complained. Thankfully, the customer service team provided a discount and explained the delivery delay. The fabric is soft cotton and very comfortable for summer wear. In the end, I was quite satisfied.
