If I could give a 0 star then I would. They sent us discoloured clothes nothing like the photos and the material was really cheap and not as advertised. When attempting to return they kept mentioning about the cost of return so they just kept offering discount on next purchase and no refund. I will not be shopping there again and neither should you. Stay away!
BUYER BEWARE... The materials are stiff and the sizing is all wrong. I ordered a small and received a large -- it swam on me -- When you try to get a refund all you get is push back. I have a number of responses from them telling me I have to pay to send it back to China and then pay tariffs and they will give me 30% discount on my next purchase. Why would I ever buy anything again from them. I said I would accept a 50% refund but then they just offered 10%. As the others said...it is a scam.
My pants looked nothing like the photos. Fabric was cheap and was not the pattern I ordered. Wasn’t the cut shown, just cheap crap not we’ve tailored for a woman’s shape. Think strait seems al the way from top to bottom. Of course not customer service, they said I could mail back to China.
There is no option to pick zero stars. Coveshe delivers poor quality clothing that no where reflects the online images. One item arrived with a stain and their customer service team offered me a 3$ refund. In order for them to accept a return, they indicated that the item has to be deemed 'resellable' which is absurd
Ordered 5 shirts with different patterns. The site said the sizing was true to size. They arrived and the shape of the shirts was nothing like the images as was the fabric. The printing quality was very low, like a blurry pattern. When I requested return information by email, received this response: "We are sorry to hear that you need a return. I am glad to assist you. It’s very sorry to hear that the item is not suitable for you. According to our return policy, I am afraid that you need to return the item yourself. Please kindly note that the return shipping fee would be much more expensive. Therefore, it’s note cost-effective. For this issue, I suggest you keep this item and re-order for the suitable one. Since we really value you as our customer, we would like to honor you a 20% discount for it. I have left a note under your account so that other customer service would serve you as well. Please reply back with your option. We will further assist you. Thank you for your cooperation. Lina1027"
The company took almost two months to bring the order, they said that my sizes were no longer available so I had to change it, today I revived the order and both of the sets came incomplete, will highly suggest you not to trust on this company, still waiting for them to reply about my reimbursement, might quite long time but I'll be updating you.
I, like other reviewers wish I had read reviews first. The quality of these produce was awful, total crap. The color was distorted and nothing like the picture. The fabric was nothing like the picture, thin and limp. I threw the product away rather than an international shipping expense to return, plus taxes which would likely have cost me the same amount as the crap product.
Terrible company to deal with! I ordered 4 shirts. One arrived full of stains, the other 3 I ordered were supposed to be of large size but their large is medium size. The fabric was flimsy & the colours were not the same as on their website. I wrote and complained, asked for a refund and for them to arrange a pick-up of the goods. They replied and told me that I need to pay for shipping and their taxes. They said they will only refund the money once they receive the goods in the original condition. I decided not to send it back but will never deal with this company ever again!
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. It was a terrible experience and felt like a SCAM. My package never arrived, and they gave me a tracking code that was useless—it constantly showed "not found." Customer service was unhelpful, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. Save yourself the frustration—DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They need to be shut down. It's infuriating! Is there anything we can do to hold them accountable? Horrible experience!
