This is a terrible scam, AVOID!

This is a terrible company. They sent me clothing made of fabrics that weren't as described, said they did returns on their website, and then spent 4 emails trying to discourage me from returning. Then they told me it needed to be sent to China at my expense. THE WORST. AVOID.

If I could give them 0* or -5 I definitely would do it. Awful quality, extremely slow delivery, HORRIBLE service! Do not repeat my mistake by falling for this scam! My order was on its way to me for about 2 months, and instead of the nice-looking, stylish items made of natural materials (linen, cotton), I received two pieces made entirely of synthetic fabric that feels and looks like plastic, completely different from what they advertise on their website. When I reached out for a return & refund, they offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase and a 10% refund. I paid $70 for two items that, in fact, have a total value of no more than $1, and customer service considers this just "an inconvenience," offering me $7 in compensation

This company should be shut down.The item I purchased looked absolutely nothing like the item photographed.It also had no fabric content label or cleaning label which I believe is illegal.They say returns are easy …. But they are not .They insult you with a 20% coupon for your next purchase… which believe me wil never happen.After 8 emails they send you an address in China which you have to pay the postage and say it will be 8 weeks to receive a refund if the item is not damaged … but no refund for the postage.In short it’s a sham !!!!If I could give them no stars I would !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I BOUGHT OVER £200, SOME OF THEM DOESNT SUIT ME SO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES TO RETURN. THEY START TO OFFER 20% FOR NEXT ORDER THEN 30%, ALSO SAYING THAT THE RETURN ADDRESS IS IN CHINA SO I HAVE TO PAY THE CUSTOM CHARGE IN CHINA, RIDICULOUS!!!!Basiclly there is no way you can return as even if you post it back to china (which they still havent provided me an address yet ), they probably just say its stuck in custom so i probably would never have my money back!!AVOID THIS COMPANY ! AND THEIR QUALITY ARE SO CHEAP, NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL

Complete scammers

I would give 0 star if I could. I haven't received the products I ordered a month ago and when I followed up, they said it was delivered 11 days ago sending me one link for tracking for 2 separate orders. The link shows the order 'not found' and when I called this out, they told me the contact my local post office. The local post office Australia Post does not have any tracking numbers as such. They are lying. Avoid this scammer company. I disputed this transaction through my bank. I advise you to do the same by 'cashback' dispute option.

Another SCAM company from…

This is another scam company from China. If you google search the photos this company uses on its targeted ads and website you will find multiple companies/websites selling the exact same clothing items using the same photos. They make claims such as 100% cotton and/or linen, colour block print, Indian cotton etc and none of these claims are true. The clothes are cheaply made synthetic fibre and low resolution digitally printed designs that are bootlegged from other creators or companies. The shape and cut of the clothes are nothing like the garments depicted in their photos. They will attempt to frustrate you on returns and refunds offering you 10% refund. They claim the customer is liable to pay return delivery AND customs tax which may delay the return and they say they will not issue your refund until the items are received and assessed to be resellable. None of these return policies apply when they are misleading the consumer. PayPal and other payment platforms should do more to deplatform them from their payment systems. Take it up with the payment company you used ie PayPal or Mastercard etc.I have been successful in getting a full refund through PayPal and Mastercard when I ordered from similar companies selling hats from China (Both pretending to be a handmade high quality hat maker) in the past... it takes quite a bit of work... but worth sticking with it. So this is my third go-round at this rodeo and I have learned my lesson deeply. I will never order from a tageted ad ever again before checking Trust Pilot!

Don't buy anything there, no garment looks like it looks in the photos and not to mention the policies to return the product. They are thieves disguised as a company.

Their return policy is BS and…

Their return policy is BS and inconsistent. It took forever for shipment notice to come through (over 2 weeks, thinking I wouldn't receive it), and when I received the item - it was not what I expected. I made sure to read the return policy beforehand before any purchase, especially online. But after contacting customer service, they were skirting the return/refund and kept giving me a discount for my next purchase instead of a refund. This company is set in Gaungzhou China, and the shipping fees are expensive and not worth the hassle - on top of that, they don't help you with labels/drop off or anything. Don't buy here. I wont be buying here again.

I’m only giving this two stars because…

I’m only giving this two stars because I can already tell that this process is going to be lengthy. The shipping information is linked to a sketchy website and hasn’t been updated in over a week. I’ve ordered from smaller boutiques like this before and have experienced the same terrible service, so I kinda already know how this is going to go. It’s unfortunate when you try to support smaller brands only to end up regretting it.
