Truly terrible quality and experience. Trying to return stuff was a nightmare, they just kept asking completely irrelevant questions, emailing back and forth with me for like 3 weeks. I am losing half my money by returning but the stuff is so bad its not worth it to keep.
Utter rubbish. It says a polyester cotton mix. If there is an ounce of cotton in it I will be surprised, as it is a static, cheapest polyester, badly put together. What a pity, as the design on the website is good, they could put together a really nice garment and people would order more. I won't be seen dead in this.
I ordered pants in November. They were never delivered and for some reason, despite an easy straightforward address they were returned to Coveshe. Every day I get a new email: “They were destroyed.”“I can give you 10-29% off next order, etc. Today’s email completely misunderstands my issue and thinks I have the pants and want to return them. Over and over I reiterate I want my pants or a full refund. If I don’t get one or the other you are ROBBING me. STEALING from me.
TOTAL SCAM!!!! I ordered two dresses and they were fake screen prints that were pixelated and not even the same material. They find photos of product from real websites and use it on theirs and then say that’s the product they are selling. They refuse to give me my money back after I sent them photos of the product! DON’T DO IT
Absolute poorest quality of clothes. Fabric is atrocious. Two pairs of pants ordered, same size ordered, one is half the size of the other..when you ask for a refund they tell you because it's in China it would be cheaper for you to just make a new order?!? What?! Like I want more of this flammable nonsense. When pressed they offer you maybe 10% in a refund so you can't even fight through PayPal. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! BEWARE!!!
it is FIVE weeks since I ordered my Coveshe items, and I have still not received anything. The gear looks amazing on Social Media. However, after reading dozens of reviews about this brand and its quality, I am almost dreading the day my goods arrive!Silly us that we didnt read the reviews before ordering!
We need to be able to say ‘No Stars’. One Star is way too many!Very poor quality material, very poor workmanship, blurred printing and ridiculous sizing.When I asked to return, I was offered a 10% discount on a future purchase. I refused. I was then offered a 20% discount on future purchases. Again I refused. I was finally given the return address only to find it would cost AU$40 to return US$80 worth of clothes. I tried PayPal. I was then offered a US$20 refund. I have refused and asked PayPal to continue to advocate on my behalf. Just awful products and service. Do not buy!
