I am extremely happy with Cozy Earth. While I love the products to an obsessive degree haha, the customer service is fantastic as well. A couple years ago I took the leap to buy myself good sheets, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. The one time I didn’t care for a product, returning was a breeze.
Well, since I switched over and they’re the only pajamas that I can wear because I sweat so much. Going through the change is hard enough, but when you don’t have the proper pajamas, it even makes it worse. Plus they wash up good and they do not pill! They are definitely an investment, but they will last you a lot longer than the cheapies!

I ordered a set of bamboo sheets that are so comfy and cozy that I have to force myself to get up every morning - as well as 3 sets of their absolutely wonderful and comfortable pajamas!!! Customer service was great. Listened, acted, and action for my concern. I don’t usually call customer service for any reason. I had a problem with a color on website and what I got in the mail. After several minutes explaining my thoughts, the color I wanted in the 1st choice was sent out to me without any charges at all ( of course I sent out the unopened sheets that I was I was not happy with ) it was a very happy lady when the email came. Thanks again for listening and making my day!!
